Julie's Cafe & Catering

We walked in, were seated right away and provided our drinks and then left to sit and wait 20-25 minutes without our order being taken or anyone stopping to say they are behind or acknowledging us at all. All while multiple waitresses and busses walked by, look at us and then never came to our table. Then when we went to leave and pay for our drinks only,dissatisfied by the lack of service we walked past the kitchen door to find 4 waitresses lean against the counters drinking their sodas. Then to too it off the manager comes out with the wait staff to see why we were leaving and would not speak to us, but instead sentca waitress to tell us the drinks were free.

Server and staff were all super friendly and nice. But wait times for food was insane. Over 20 min for soup than an hour (not an exaggeration...literally an hour after soup) our sampler basket and wrap finally came out.

I used to love Julie's cafe. My last three visits have been horrible. I see no reason to return. There are some people working at Julie's, who clearly do not like people.
I did try Julie's again, since family members wanted to go. Once again was very disappointed, I got about 6 oz of food for a meal. I am not kidding about that. The amount of money they charged us for such a small amount of food was ridiculous. I could have made that much food for all of us, for what they charged for one of our plates. I almost forgot to add, that we did not get what was described on the menu. If that isn't deceptive I don't know what is.

Had the Best Eggs Benedict and hashbrowns ever!! The view was great, sat at the window watching the ducks and the swan. I will definitely be back when I can. 🥰

Great place, food was fantastic as was the service. Food came out super fast! Watching the white swan and ducks on the pond was a great bonus too.

Had a great first date here. Nice it's a water view.
Food was what you expect at a home town cafe, clean place to eat. Staff friendly.

My wife and I had dinner at Julie's tonight and the service was horrible. We have breakfast there at least a couple of times a month and the service is usually very good. The server tonight made us wait for about 15 minutes before he took our order and there were not many customers in the place when we got there. He told my wife he would bring her some more napkins after our food finally came and he never came. We had to ask the hostess to bring some cocktail sauce because after my wife asked for some for her fish the server did not bring that back either. After we finished our meal we saw him pass us by many times and he would not give us our check. When he finally did bring our check I told him how bad the service was and all he did was make excuses about doing prep work in the kitchen. He offered no appolige and had a smug smile on his face. We will not be coming back for a very long time. We may never come back at all!!!

Food was mostly very good. The scrambled eggs were flat dry and terrible. Everything else was very good. Service was friendly and adequate.

Cool location on the water. Server was very attentive and prompt and the portion sizes were great. Will be returning

Not the nice cafe style I was thinking of. It's more of a Perkins by the water. Orange juice was best thing we had.
