Great service..food was ok? Pancakes are very big,but very heavy, too thick for us. Asked for crispy bacon, still came out wobbly? French toast was ordinary.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the dining room. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was delicious and out to our table quick.

The food was amazing as expected! But the wait staff was awful! We sat at our table fir over 25 minutes after being seated and then she never checked on us or offered refills on our drinks. None of us tipped her. But again, the food was great!

Very slow service. Seems to be a little quicker if you show up as a family or a larger group rather than if you are alone. I usually dine alone and my past three experiences at this location have been well below standard. I sat and waited to be served while watching tables with families or other small groups coming on after me and being taken care of first. On my last visit I had my three children with me and though the server was very kind the food was bad enough that even two of my children would not eat after the first bite. Pancakes were runny, and potatoes and fries were cold. Sent it back and an attempt was made to still charge me for it. Will not return. Julie is rolling over in her grave, God bless her.

Place was pretty empty. Took about 10 min to get seated with waitress & manager staring at us. (4 people)
Service was terrible. Got the drink order wrong. My dinner order wrong & my friend had to go to the kitchen to get our waitress so we could fix my order. When my order did come correctly I had no silverware. I had to go to a servers station to get my own.
Food was good though.

What saddens me to rate only 3 stars is the wait time. The last time we went (which was a Tuesday), we had to wait upwards of 20 mins just to place our order! The waiter handed us our menus, walked over to another customer, then ventured into the abyss - all without even asking what we would like to drink.

We sat outside on the patio, which was swarming with bees that particular day, without anything to drink, and no service while others were being served their meals. Keep in mind, the place wasn’t nearly as busy as previous days we had gone. Finally, we had a different waitress come up to us, who we had to ask for drinks from (since she never asked us herself), then had our food come out about 30 mins later. So with that said, we were waiting up to an hour to eat, on a fairly dead day.

The place could definitely use a makeover for sure. It’s fairly outdated, and just doesn’t provide a welcoming feel as you walk in.

The only reason I won’t rate 2 stars is because the food is delicious - can’t complain there!

I ordered an online food order today from julies cafe and showed up 12 mins after it said it would be ready as the last time I ordered to pick up it was not ready in time and service has been slow inside lately. I know places are understaffed so that I understand. So I go in to the front cashier explained I was there to pick up a food order the guy at the front goes I don’t have any food orders out wifi is down. I said ok then I need a refund. He said I can’t access the tablet. I said well I need someone to give me a refund. He said I guess a manager. I said well I needed to go back to work and he was being unhelpful and rude and I didn’t have time for anything other than my food or refund. I said I would call. I called and the guy said he was placing me on hold and hung up on me. Called back got a manager on the phone. She said she would forward to the owner this has been happening a lot with people not getting their orders. So not only did I not get my order I’m now waiting on a refund with no idea on how long it would take. Very poor service by Jules Cafe. If people are not getting online orders please disable online ordering so other people are not wasting their time and money. Thank you.

The service was terrible saw our wsitress maybe 2 times for food and the check. The blender doesn't work I guess. They don't have parm cheese in the building at all I guess so the pasta sucked. Highly disappointed becuase we used to love this place and we moved last year. So we drove 40 mins for bad food this time.

The service was excellent. Food was ok.
It was so cold we had to eat with out coats on. Along with everyone else. We were dining in doors. We won't be going back
