Staff were very nice and courteous, atmosphere was nice with a great view of the water, my daughter loved looking at the swans. The food looks appetizing... probably the blandest meal I've ever had, the best part was the toast.

Always a great breakfast served fast with friendly service. The price is also reasonable and hearty portions are provided here at Julie's! My eggs were cooked exactly to medium as ordered, hashbrowns crispy... not burnt and they offer turkey bacon as a meat option which I love!
One of the best breakfast spots in Green Bay hands down!

Pancakes were HUGE and delicious! Nice atmosphere with an outdoor patio on the water. Friendly workers and our waitress was good. Prices are decent. We'll definitely be back!

The food is good, the service was honestly terrible this day. I don't think that defines a restaurant by one visit so I wouldn't let that defer you from the place. They have a nice view over some water. It's a nice open area. I love love love their stuffed french toast. I honestly always get breakfast items tho so I'm not sure about their lunch. I like the skillets.

Today I was reminded why I avoid this place.
The server was kind and eventually remembered my husbands soda and refills.
The food was not even subpar
I used to like it here a lot. But I think they have new owners and the food quality has dropped tremendously as well as the portions but the prices have gone up.
Super disappointed!
Grilled cheese wasn’t grilled at all!! Imitation cheese slices were not even melted! The $9 patty melt (requested with sour dough bread) came out with unmelted cheese, I grilled onions and rye bread. Not to mention the size was tiny as well as the amount of fries. My Ruben melt tasted good and was warm but was super small and in the picture you will see the amount of fries I received on my plate. I only had 3 fries before I took the picture.
In the last picture you will see the “remade” patty melt with the “butt” of the sourdough bread.
Well hopefully I can post pictures.

The place was awesome and loved the view. But the portions were horrible for how much you paid. And the food had no flavor. My wife got the mushroom and swiss, and it was smaller than a small burger from McDonald's. Not happy about the price or portion. The rest of it was good. Staff was friendly too. Food not so much

Julie's Cafe has a unique atmosphere with it's location on the quarry pond. The food is reasonably priced and reasonably good. Their breakfast items are superb. Word of caution, don’t order the ribs. My ribs were over 70 percent fat.

Granted. I am nostalgic for the days of John Neroes… Nonetheless, the restaurant entrance was dark and dirty. When seated, the floor was disgusting, not only needing deep cleaning, but obviously not swept or vacuumed for quite a while. We left. On our way out, I snuck a peek of the kitchen… We chose well… To leave.

i ordered the fishermans trio wich is fried fish 1 piece of boiled fish & shrimp.when i got my food it was missing the shrimp i asked where the shrimp was and they told me they do not give out the shrimp on the weekend! sounds like i orderd the dues instead of the trio witch is what my food tasted like! they have really went down hill !
