Besides the wait doughnuts was fresh and as good as I remembered them to be when they still delivered locally

I give this place 3 stars, because of the service! The doughnuts were awesome!!

The night shift was horribly cold, short, and unfriendly.
My husband and I went inside.
I had to repeat my order 4 times to the gentleman, simply because he just was not paying attention, and he cut me off in mid sentence and asked "are you getting a dozen?" Which I said yes. He rolled his eyes, and for them, and asked me yet again what else I wanted....
He was so rude when we checked out as well, which my husband did not appreciate in the slightest.
We told him to have a very nice day, with a smile and it was as though we were staring at a wall the entire time we were waited on by him...

The only time my husband and I will be going back, is in the day time, when there is a different shift. Hopefully they will be warmer and welcoming then, and hopefully employees will actually be attentive to the doughnuts while they are going through and not being on their cell phones, letting them stick and burn only to be wasted.

My company pre-ordered 4 brew boxes of coffee to be ready at 7am. Showed up at 7:10 and coffee was not even started. Also did not have record of us pre-paying over the phone. Then only had 1 actual box available. Very disorganized. Staff was nice at least.

I got 4 dozen glazed for a work party and had an excellent experience all around. The doughnuts were fresh and light and the window person, Gaige, was very polite and friendly!

Coffee and doughnuts were tasty! The service was awful the manager I'm assuming since he was wearing a white button up was not the friendliest. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Good thing we were just passing through. Maybe he's only nice to regulars....drive through reccomended. :p

All you can taste is the ancient, burned fryer oil they haven't bothered to change in who knows how long. Inside is very dirty, the employees glare, and the drive though is a cluttered nightmare.

Stopped in this morning got 2 boxes of your glazed donuts and 3 cups of coffee, I ordered two large peppermint coffee was supposed to come with cool whip and chocolate on top.. the lady might had put two squirts of peppermint in it. coffee way to strong not enough peppermint mix I sure didn’t get cool whip or chocolate in neither one of the coffees. First time I ever had this bad experience with Kristy Keene it’s a shame I payed $3.99 for two cups we can’t drink it #pouredoursout!!

Got a dozen, wanted 2 lemon and 2 raspberry along with a mixture for the kids. I live over an hour away and got home with 4 raspberry. Was disappointed because I really wanted my lemon. Guess next time I'll check before I leave the store.

I am not a fan of glazing on my donuts and everything here is glazed... plus they are inconsistent - one day you can swap donut holes for a donut in a 6 pack and then other days you can't - depends on who is working that day. I'd avoid unless you just like their donuts.

Doughnuts werent what we expected. We had 96 doughnut holes which were very good. We also had 6 glazed creme filled which was a joke i guess looked like a reguler glazed. Was told they started using filler through bottom should have known was better I wont buy thier doughnut again.
