Today was my wife's Birthday and Krispy Kreme gave her a free dozen, Thank You!

I don't buy donuts from Krispy Kreme that often but today I decided to because I had a coupon, if I didn't have the coupon there would be no way on this planet I would've paid $13.49 for those pathetic looking small donuts, these are the smallest and the skinniest donuts that I've ever seen, I would say you have to be out of your flippin mind to pay the regular price for these donuts, when I got to my vehicle I had to open the box because I was pretty sure there was no way there was 12 donuts in that box, but there was 12 measly pathetic little donuts in there, never again.

Well, I had been wanting to cream filled Krispy Kreme Donut for a while. So Friday 3-24-2024 we drove 1 1/2 hours to get a donut. Couldn't wait to bite into the donut. What no cream, we must have gotten glazed by mistake. Then in the last bite some cream. 3 hour drive for glazed donuts with one bite of cream. Won't do that again. Was so disappointed.

We stopped by yesterday for the free graduation donuts. That was nice of the company to offer something to the kids graduating, we went through the drive thru and asked about it, the young man was very polite, explained she just needed to provide some proof that she was graduating, we pulled around showed her cap and a senior picture. Again very polite, handed her her donuts in a nice box that said 2023 GRAD! and congratulated her. They gained a new customer yesterday. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

The doughnuts were dry and filling wasn't good. Walked past the widow where you can watch the doughnuts being made and the room was nasty, the machine was nasty, people standing around in the back supposed to be making them had no masks, hair covers, they were leaning over top of the doughnuts and their clothes were touching the food. Only 2 people working the front despite 4 or 5 in the other part not working. Didn't seem to be any management at all in the store and no one telling them what to do. For the price I expected better but they have jacked up prices and sorry they just aren't worth another visit.

.....let me say I'm sure I talk pretty loud. But after the miscommunication and complete lack of customer service. I will not be coming back. I will go to donut connection instead. The lady working the cash register this morning really needs to listen to her customers. I had to do her job for her since she didn't listen to me. So a whole box got wasted because of that. If not fix that maybe get bigger trash cans...if the donuts wasn't good tho I was going to give 1 star. The only other thing that hemave it two is the is a nostalgic feeling I had remembering the smell of fresh donuts as a kid. She ruined my entire experience. Thanks chick. I wish you was wearing a name tag so I could call you out.. but I see why. You probably need a stay at home job love.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’ve honestly had so many run ins with the drive thru and today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. First, they gave us the price for the order ahead of us. Then, when we went to pay they must have been having issues with the card reader but kept insisting that my sister’s card had been declined. There was no way that was possible because we had just used her card for another purchase and her card has yet to have any issues after the fact. But instead of attempting to put in the card manually, the cashier practically laughed at our situation when it was an issue with THEIR card reader (we even checked with the credit card company after that, and everything was okay. In fact, the company said they couldn’t find any attempts of the card being run. So take that as you will). Absolutely ridiculous, and this will be the last time we eat at Krispy Kreme.

I hardly ever come here and regret it on this day for sure.. I will not be back ever!!!!
I paid $23.70 for donuts and a milk shake.. I am waiting to get my bank card bank and then was told there ice cream machine was not working amd they already charged me for it... now, they got a manager & I was told the $6.41 would be back on my card.... I called my bank right there- in there store and she said there is NO pending activity for any amount from them....

The manager said his name is Cecil, he argued with me and my bank saying it would be on there... I told Cecil that I lived almost 2 hours away and didn't want to drive back for $6.41.. I am in Charleston once a month....

Cecil said he didn't want to over pay hahahahaha lol....

So I wonder how many OTHER people they do this too... watch your wallets people because I am sure they are making couple hundred or more extra a month by doing this .

Only the 2nd time we've been here and again, not a good experience.
The donuts were not fresh, and they charged us extra for donuts that weren't marked as costing more.
Won't go back, donut connection will keep my business

We love Kristy Kreme. doughnuts are all good and taste the same no matter what location. The green Doughnuts were made on St Patrick day 2019.
