This store was so clean. The employees were nice and friendly. The foods were fresh! I recommend this store if your looking for a treat!

Got a box of assorted dozen. Very disappointed. They are very fresh but they didn't put any raspberry filling in two of them and forgot the creme in two more so it wasn't worth 15.49.

Donuts are good especially hot! Service not good. Been here multiple times and after every thank you, you give there is none in return and no greeting to start with. They get in no hurry to help you.

The lady taking our order wouldn't speak up, and was very frustrating. Had to tell her many times what we wanted. Couldn't graps we was getting 2 dozen assorted.

The rude girl working drive thru acted like it was such a bother to take people’s order. Her tone was horrible and she was just rude! I told her i had 8.99 dozen coupon and she still rang up 12.99. Get to window n she made a guy take care of me which I’m glad but he wasn’t any better. I tell him i told her iabout 8.99 he sd well it’s already rung up. I sd nope it doesn’t work like that. He gets mgr and supposedly he put difference bk on my card. Not once did mgr say sorry nor greet me. Every worker there acted like they hate their jobs. If u deal with puplic u need good customer service. This place sucks!! And i recorded every bit, after the first words from the girl was “ I’ll be with u when I can” when not one customer was in line or inside. Krispy Kreme do better’

They only make the best donuts in town. They are always fresh and delicious.

I love the Lemon filled donuts they just need to put more filling in them it's mostly donuts not much in the center

Edit 10/7/22: I don't know what it is with drive-thru employees. They need to calm down. The person that took my order shot back with a quick "thank you, pull to the window". I let them know that was only half my order. I gave another six items. "Thank you, pull to the window" rang off again. I still needed to order two chocolate milks. To hear, pull the window twice before I've even finished. My order is incredibly frustrating. Take a damn second to get my entire order. You just lost two stars over that one.

Original: My daughter loves to watch the fresh glazed donuts being made. The staff is friendly and the front of the store is normally very clean. Have been having some issues with the bathroom the past few times we have been there.

Ordered online for neighbor gifts. Would have given 5 stars however not a single employee acknowledged me while I waited 20 minutes to pickup my order that was already sitting by the front counter. Had to interrupt someone as they walked away and loudly say can I just grab my order there please... as I left another group of people eating inside said wow, that was sitting there when we got here. 5 halloween dozen boxes, so easy to know it was my order. I get it that they are busy, but maybe just say hi, we'll be right with you. Would have made the world of difference. Otherwise, the donuts were perfect and the neighbors loved it. Super cute halloween boxes too.

First, I love the donuts when the are super fresh. Second, i love stopping into your store (when the light is on obviously) with my son, so he can watch how donuts are made. It's a great opportunity to discuss so many concepts from drying, yo mechanization, to saturated fat. Thanks for the great munchies!
