Black Coffee Northwest Café

I missed their grand opening event, sadly, but I went through the drive thru on the Monday afterward. My latte was delicious! The Boon Boona coffee is a rich, dark roast, and the baristas perfectly blended the steamed milk. I also tried a roasted potato scone, and it was a tasty, savory treat. I'm so happy to support this black owned business in Shoreline, and take part in the community events to come.

My favorite drive-thru coffee shop - staff are always engaging, coffee is delicious and an extra special taste treat are the warm sweet potato scones - yum!

Delicious coffee, a really cool space, and reliable wifi! They are open for some indoor seating on the weekends during covid but they ask that you limit the time of your stay. Highly recommend!

whoever left the one negative comment saying that Black Coffee Northwest does not take mask wearing seriously is a troll. We're talking about a place that printed their own masks with their with their name. You can't get more serious about masks than that. On a more constructive review note, the coffee is legit, the bakery treats are fantastic, and the people, which is why I frequent a place, are at the root of why this establishment is so golden. I absolutely love the backstory and the amount of community support this business has brought on. My only gripe is that my tall nonfat dirty chai and iced coffees have been pretty bland each time I have visited. Would love to continue to support this business and community while enjoying my beverage, if possible, thanks!

Super friendly staff, tasty coffee. The drive-thru was packed and I it took awhile to get to the front but I have no regrets, a hemp latte and a sweet potato scone.... :)

Came all the way from Federal Way to show my support. Great coffee (the Karen w/cream), awesome peach turnovers, and service with a smile, you can see through the masks😁. I'll be rock'n my t-shirt from Vancouver BC (in time) to Vancouver, WA as a brand ambassador. Keep up the good inspiring work. All the best to you all.
