We didn't stay at the hotel, we were just there for breakfast at Emily's Restaurant inside the Casino and a little gambling. Beautiful views and delicious food!
We just stayed in one of their grand suites. Not only is it the cleanest resort we have stayed in but it one of the best views in the NW. With a private balcony is worth every penny.
The staff here are great, except the drink people could move a little slower, I just wanted ice water, but by the time I asked they were already gone🥴otherwise, clean, not huge payouts for the times we've been there..but fun nonetheless😀😀
What a nightmare! The majority of the staff lacked empathy and compassion. We took a Uber from our hotel to QBR&C for a little gaming and relaxation. About 45 minutes in, relaxing and enjoying a little gaming entertainment. Our previous Uber driver found us inside the casino to notify us, he's taking another passenger to Tacoma and will be unable to take us back to our hotel. We didn't know this one driver was the only form of transportation in town. We realized we are now stranded. We were staying at the Wanderlust Inn which is only a 10min drive to QBR&C but 1/hr walk. If you frequent the area, you know it's not safe to walk such distance at 10pm, with zero street lights. I asked the hotel for help and guidance particularly, players club, and front desk rep which we received absolutely zero help!! In fact, it was confirmed, we were stranded, and there's absolutely zero options to get back to our hotel except to walk. No shuttle, no cab, no metro, not even offer from the hotel manager to at least give us a ride. Just absolutely nothing! I have stayed at QBR&C in the past and I wasn't impressed but leaving time, I feel I will never support this place again. The staff here lacks the compassion of humanity. I would like to acknowledge the bartender, I wish I remembered her name. All praises to her! She was the only employee who cared!! As we sat at the bar after feeling hopeless we explained to the bartender how poor the service is and we told her the situation. Thankfully she has a heart!!!! She was able to secretly ask a regular customer to help us which he did!!!! To our surprise.... This regular just so happens to own Hot Mama's Kitchen and humbly drove us back to our hotel! We are beyond grateful!! Shame on QBR&C for lacking the basic act of humanity!!!
The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Great location. The rooms were well kept, clean, beautiful view. A little pricey for mid-week. 24 hour Room Service or Continental Breakfast would be nice for the price. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. I'm sure we'll be back.
Had a great time here but the resort is a bit ran down and has a musty smell to it I know it is on the ocean but this was more like a moldy smell. The elevator made a terrible noise and scared my wife every time we used it and we were on the 4th floor.
It's a nice casino however it's in my opinion the tightest casino around. We live locally and it's very rare to win anything. Also the security is rude and pushy if your there at closing time to get you out. I believe this is due to management changes. My family will no longer go there due to people playing near us wanted our machine and lied to security and said we did something and did not even tell us what we supposedly did told us we were banned for 24 hours. We have the highest cards possible and I suppose in a way the did us a favor

Very easy to find the down fall is everytime we like to eat in the restaurant we always end up in the bar. My husband don't like it.
