Quinault Beach Resort and Casino

The waitress was beyond rude and I didn't appreciate her telling me she worked in a restaurant and we needed to order food. We told her before she sat us that we were there for drinks and the race.

Remodeled rooms. Nice touches added. Paint and layovers visibly noticed. Nice to see QBR reinvesting into the resort.

Beautiful room, got the King suite with a view. Though it got dark by the time the company party was over so couldn't see much. There was a storm an they lost power, but a generator kicked on within 30 seconds. Though the wall unit heater didn't work on the generator but the room had a gas fireplace so didn't freeze.

Booked a room for two nights (Tuesday & Wednesday) online in a room outfitted with two queen size beds. The drive took longer than planned and we called to let the resort know we would be arriving behind schedule and the woman we talked to assured us it was not a problem. We told her we actually wanted to book a different room originally and took to long to decide and the room was no longer available. Before we ended the call she upgraded our room to a single king size bed with a fireplace and a ocean view! So far the experience has been great the casino however is not endlessly large the games are great and it's easy to find who you came. The games have been good to me and the food will have you saving your leftovers. If you thinking about visiting the Quinault do it! Get a room if you can with someone special and have a experience to remember like mine. Even the guy that came to unclog the toilet was professional, fast, and being embarrassed as I was to have someone else plunge my problem, he got it done and made me feel like it was no big deal. That kind of attitude from the staff is why I will be coming back again someday.

Everyone here is so friendly. The room is very nice, King with an ocean view and the food is great. Jason was a great waiter and Jonah was a very nice bartender.

The food service was terrible. Waited 45 for a table, when several tables were open. Ok maybe short on staff, I get that but people that were seated 20 minutes after us got their food first. After 40 minutes got 2 burgers and the appetizer I ordered at the same time. While our food was brought out with the tables next to us, they where seated 40 minutes after us.

Super clean, lots of nice and welcoming staff. Fun environment. Very nice place to gamble; and have dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

Small casino. It's pretty. It was really slow when we went. Had dinner and it was good. Didn't see any wins while we were there (us or otherwise). Felt kinda sad inside honestly. I'll probably go back sometime.

This is a beautiful place to make any engagement a special one the people are great the service is done in a timely matter (food) the whole staff is awesome and the payouts are even better..

Staff was top rate providers who know there jobs! Love the somewhat secluded location of QBRC!
