Quinault Beach Resort and Casino

Rooms are being remodeled. They say the rate they are charging is discounted due to the remodel work/daytime noise, but they are the same price I paid last year (?), their standard winter rate. Also, if the current work is on the 4th floor, why do they put guests on 3rd? Why not 2nd? They also turned off the gas for the fireplace. The website never mentioned the work hours or fireplace when I booked. Also, website directions made me go 8 miles out of the way due to a detour.....come to find out when driving around, the detour is no longer in effect. Ate at Emily's for dinner. This year, for the same price I paid last year, portions were 1/2-3/4 less! Very disappointed in the size/amount of Calimari and my teeny weeny Wedge. Mind you, they tasted fine, portion wise, not worth the amount paid. Clam Chowder was the best price for the money, I guess I should be glad they didnt buy smaller bowls to serve it in or it may have the same review.

My potato came out with mold on it, so that was disappointing, and it would have been nice to at least get a discount but they replaced it with a new one!

I actually didn't stay here but we went to Emily's restaurant tonight and it was absolutely delicious and the service was superb! Definitely will go back again!

I felt rushed and with an attitude at the check- in; I also felt like I wasted my money staying at this "casino resort" My room was supposed to be ocean view and the garbage container was the only view I had right in front of my room; the ocean was so far away and the window was soo dusty that I couldn't see the ocean that much. The fireplace wasn't working and not room cleaning during my stay for 2 nights, and no even towels offered. I called the front desk to see if I could switch my room and not much help. What a joke...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Decent rooms and had a great time in the casino. Both restaurants are good, Emily's is pretty great, the other is more of a takeout situation which is still a great option to have. We will be returning, probably in October (2022) when the table games open back up again!

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at this resort, my only complaint is that they would not allow me to have my ESA dog with me. My stay would have been much more enjoyable if she would have been able to be with me there.

I was having problems with my gambler's card, called a "Q-card". The first person who helped me at the club kiosk acted like I was imposing on her time, but took the card, added a credit, and gave the card back. When I used the card later in a slot machine, it asked me for a pin number. So I made another trip back to the kiosk. I was helped by Erika this time who added my pin, offered a lanyard for my card, and accompanied me to a slot machine to make sure everything was working. It was, and shortly after she left I won a small jackpot! Thank you Erika, keep up the good work!

My husband and I come here quite often for weekend getaways. We always love it but since he works from home, sometimes he has things he has to work on for an hour or two but the wifi here is basically non existent. When are you ever going to get better wifi? :(

It's a nice casino. I'm not sure I'd wanna stay there for the "resort" aspect. The food is good. Overall, average or a bit better

It was my birthday and I got a sweet and oh my God they put strawberries wearing tuxedos in my room before I got there it was a really cool made some money too and the staff was awesome it's a really nice place to visit a really nice place to stay but it's not pet friendly you should visit
