Beautifully located. Walked away with more than I started with & LOVE the smoke free environment for all. Only complaints: restaurant was less than mediocre for all 3 meals received & bus stop had no shelter / barely any signage or indication of its existence.
Staff seems unhappy. Overworked/underpaid? New management perhaps?
No comps for birthdays. Promised room became unavailable. Would not match offerings from other casinos. Slots were VERY stinggy. Definitely felt like i was paying for their current remodeling.
Loved it here the new remodeling of the rooms is really nice with a fireplace and big windows, the food is good with ocean view, speaking of ocean it's a couple steps away. Nice casino with slot machines all wheel chair accessible
The rooms here are amazing, the bathroom in my room was so beautiful. Personally I don't usually go for the hotel. I go to Quinalt resort for the games and gambling. They have plenty of fun machines.
I only had breakfast there and it was good a little pricey for where it was . The MD and waitress was very nice and attentive but not overly will be back when in the neighborhood.
I had dinner tonight at Emily’s restaurant with my family of 4. The service wasn’t up to par and at the end of the dinner we received the bill with a gratuity charge of 10 percent and service charge of $5.00. If I would’ve known of the extra fees with the bad service I wouldn’t have ate there. Until now we’ve had good experiences and I will not be eating there anymore when staying. The manager also didn’t address the extra fees on the bill.
Not the best in Western Washington and likely relies a great deal on peak season tourism. Emily's restaurant was very nice and the staff was very attentive. The RV check-in was less than mediocre. You drive your RV out to the RV lot find a spot then hike back to the hotel front desk to check-in. Once you pay you have to hike back out to the RV lot to hang the tag in your RV. There is no shuttle so if you are disabled or have mobility issues think twice. The gambling wasn't hot but that seems to be more common at the smaller casinos. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very easily accessible throughout. The beaches are great but the trails out them had some water and they had thrown small logs down which again if you are older, mobility challenged or handicapped you were not getting there.
The room we stayed at was just renovated. There are a few things that bothered me: 1) The clothes rack can only hold about 4 clothes. 2) There was no door sign stating "Do not Disturb" 3) Wall plugs? There should be one wall plug at each end of both nightstands. 4) The curtains interfere with the wall heater/air condition unit. When you turn on the unit, the curtains are too long, and the air from the unit is blowing the curtains up. 5) The desk could have been closer to the window for better lighting and comfort. 6) When you leave the room, the door ALWAYS will not close, and it stays open. I had to close the door to ensure it was secured. The best thing about the room was the electic fireplace. I have an electic heater, not as good as the hotel. I will be replacing my electric wall heater with one like the Quinault.

Table games were shut down by 8pm...and I paid in more than I took home. No other complaints.
The clam chowder is top three this foodie has ever had the privilege of eating!

Food was good, though.

Never played machines as tight as these. At of all the casino's I've visited I've never had such bad luck on the machines, each and every time.
