Rude waitress/hostess. Yelled at us for starting to take our mask off. She said “Don’t you take that mask off before I seat you!” No please, no thank you just a rude rude person. Don’t know if the food is edible or not, we chose to take our business elsewhere. If you want to be treated like a child then this is the place for you if not, take your money elsewhere!

Found this local gem and ended up stopping by with some buddies. Decided to order the calamari and was blown away. Incredible service and delicious seafood. I will be returning im the near fiture for more FUEGO.

Great service from one waitress with a full house! She was amazing and kept up with all orders, seating and kept our coffee full the whole visit. The food was great along with the prices. A good place for breakfast with lots if menu choices.

As a general contractor I'm usually in a hurry as well as being hungry and this is by far the best spot in Ocean Park and the surrounding area to get good food to go or dine in, good price, reasonable time frame to get your food. The owner is always working really hard!

I was very disappointed me and my friend ate their foods good but the portions are small and the price is high that's usually the way it is. And my friends steak she ordered for breakfast steak and eggs with overdone asked for it to be medium rare and her steak and eggs came to her the steak was overcooked

One of those rare times I give a 5 star when there are weird rules in the place that would be borderline unacceptable, but they got it!

After leaving the Berry Patch across the street due to its uncleanliness I looked at the reviews from Anita’s. For the most part they were good, with the exception of repeated comments about how they sat people telling them where to sit based on the number of people in their group.
I actually saw it first hand when a couple came in and were told to sit at a table for two. The place was not crowded and they asked if the could sit at a table by the window which sat 4. They were told no they had to sit at the table for two that’s why they have tables for two.

But the place was extremely clean and in order. Even though it wasn’t on the menu I asked if they could make a shrimp omelet. They did so with a smile. I had to say it was cooked perfect! My brother had biscuits and Gravy. Again, the gravy was excellent. It defiantly had a flavor that was their own touch. It was tasty and creamy.

Unfortunately, my wife ordered a basic dinner salad for $4.50. She ended up with a small plate with a few pieces of lettuce and a small cherry tomato. We sent it back for the price.

All and all though, the waitress was extremely nice, the place was spotless and the food was fresh... a Lille on the pricy side. My major suggestion, if you say you have a 3 egg omelet , make it out of three jumbo eggs and not medium. For me though I was filled up on the omelet. Good job!!!

We had lunch. The place is clean. The service was nice.
The halibut and fries were good, but our chowder was served last and it was cold. They took back each bowl and nuked it. Not someplace I would recommend.

Located right diagonally across from Jack's in Ocean Park, Anita's Cafe has filled a vital niche in this town. The food is excellent, made with real, fresh ingredients. The prices are great for being way out here on the peninsula, and the staff are pleasant & conversational. The decor is bright, with big windows to let in plenty of light, so it feels nice to enjoy your meal. There are locals and visitors alike, so it's a good place to hear stories from near and far. Great place.

This restaurant was offering poor service and poor food. Try the berry patch just a block down, it's terrific.
These people require a vax card and masks almost to the point of between bites. Pass on this one!!

We really enjoyed our breakfast here this morning. We both had the special, steak tips and eggs. Eggs cooked perfectly, hash browns crispy, coffee hot. What more could you ask? With only one waitress the service was a tin bit slow, but very friendly. Nice place.
