Redhead Bay Cafe

The biscuits and gravy were to die for, and this iced s'mores latte was ridiculous but good. The white chocolate caramel pancakes are also to die for. Service was great and we had no wait on a Friday morning! I can't wait to go back.

The food is amazing. Page the waitress is absolutely phenomenal!!! Best shrimp and grits in the area hands down.

Biscuits and gravy were great. Chicken and waffles was definitely above average. Worth checking out.

Sierra was amazing! Food was absolutely fantastic and so were the drinks. The portions were generous.

This was my first time at Redhead Bay Cafe, but it definitely won’t be my last! I went for my birthday and it was such a lovely experience. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was plentiful and delicious! They were even kind enough to give me my meal for free since it was my birthday! This place is quite far from my house but it is well worth the drive and I WILL be back! Thanks for a wonderful birthday brunch!

First off, great service and dope place. A few comments though, for the love of everything good and holy, turn off that cooking channel that your cousin begs you to put on and promote. Also, I understand if well water got that funky taste but I feel like a VAMP (iykyk) when I drink that stuff. I won’t be having an iron deficiency, that’s for sure. Also, the food came out fast, which is good, but a little too fast if you catch my drift. Time will tell if that sandwich gives me salmonella, but you know what they say. What doesn’t kill you… makes you a VAMP!!!! 🧛‍♂️🧛‍♂️🧛‍♂️

Seriously though, cool place but it’s gotta be backed up by common sense improvements, that is all.

Short wait on a Saturday morning, friendly staff, expansive menu. Food was delicious! We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes, Shrimp & Grits, Stuffed French Toast and French Toast. All was very good! Our only complaint is that the water had a funny, metallic taste to it. Perhaps in the future, filtered water could be available?

Stumbled upon this game for place on vacation in Virginia Beach!!! Went back two days in a row it was that good!!!! Service was excellent and so was everyone who waited on us!!! Weekends are busy so I recommend going during the week!!! Food was so fresh!!!

Overall, the food was good and very filling. Loved my little round mimosa. So many drinks on the menu, too. It was almost overwhelming!

Had Biscuits and gravy gravy was good but they pour it over the eggs. Not my style. Ruins the taste of the eggs . You get Free cup of well water. That was nasty. For the prices they charge on food or even raise the menu price a dollar and serve bottled water. That's just wrong. I did order OJ which was good . The music not too bad of a singer but needs to be lower so it is easier to talk to people at the tables. Service is very slow.
