Vienna Simply Social Coffee

A+++. Food was great, place was clean and staff was absolutely amazing. We were in town and needed a place to eat and I'm happy my son found this place online. I honestly wished I lived closer so I can visit them often.

Good capuchino and other coffees, but it's the little touches and ever friendly staff, that makes this place stand out. Dogs often get a little treat, even in drive through.

Really bad avocado toast - mushy processed wheat bread, tasteless avocado, cold egg. For Avocado Toast go to Greenheart Juice Bar & Cafe they have great flavorful avocado toast on fresh bread

Sooo glad simply social has opened. Our neighborhood has been wishing for a coffee spot just like this. Cosy atmosphere and delicious coffee. And kudos for renovating an existing building. Drive through is awesome. Only issue: consider opening at 7 am for those commuters and parents dropping off Thoreau students. Slow for COVID, but hoping in the coming months you might consider earlier hours.

I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar, and two egg and cheese sandwiches (no meat). I got one coffee with no milk, one breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage, one sandwich with just egg, and attitude when I asked them to fix. Probably won't visit again.

Decided to try this place out. Location and atmosphere were quite nice and the staff was friendly, that's why I bumped it up to 2 stars. That being said I asked for an iced coffee and was told they didn't serve iced coffee, only iced Americano or nitro cold brew. Okay, a little strange not to serve iced coffee but oh well. Ordered the nitro cold brew, which if you're unfamiliar with nitro its meant to make the coffee creamy without the need for cream or sugar. Despite this the nitro cold brew tasted burnt and bitter, like getting the bottom of a pot of coffee at a diner that's been sitting there all day. On top of that a small costs over $5. I say save your money and go across the parking lot to McDonald's and get a mediocre iced coffee for a dollar.

Beware this location closes their kitchen at 4:45pm so if you come in at 4:50pm, they won’t sell you any hot food. They should add a disclaimer on their webpage on Google so people don’t drive miles for nothing.

I've had cappuccinos at both of their locations.
They make the best tasting capucino I've had in the DC area.

It’s a friendly vibe in there, clean and the staff is very helpful. The iced oat latte was perfect and the coffee jelly drinks just as good if you’re a boba fan but don’t want one.
