Employees didn't greet my family. When we were ready, she got off of scrolling through her phone and scoffed. I wanted to walk out but these used to be my Mother's go-to. Drier and tougher than Dunkin' donuts. Avoid this place

Great customer service and delicious fresh doughnuts! Only thing to mention is if you order online for an early morning pickup, call them before you leave as the doughnuts need time to rise and cook - anything fresh may not be ready until after 8am. Boston Creme, the doughnut holes, and apple fritters are some of our favorites!!

We love Luther Burger and go to the Hugenot location. We opted to go to the Richmond Luther Burger because we were out that way. We ordered a vegan hot dog and a vegan burger, fries, and vegan shakes. My husband ordered online and we checked in online once we got there. We waited for a half hour past the time the order was supposed to be ready. I called to make sure they knew we were there and it's a good thing I did because apparently they didn't know we were there. So we waited for them to make the order and drove home. We were sorely disappointed when we opened the bag. My vegan burger was missing the tempeh bacon, was a sloppy mess, and the bun was stale. We never got the vegan hot dogs before and thought it was going to be a pretty good hot dog as it cost $8. My husband got it with tempeh bacon and caramelized onions. When he unwrapped the hot dog, it had less than a spoonful of diced raw onions, one piece of tempeh bacon torn in half and stuck on either side of the hot dog all housed in a stale bun. The hot dog was very small and looked like the LiteLife hot dogs you can buy at the grocery store that cost $3 a pack for 8 of them. This sad little hot dog wasn't worth $2 let alone $8! Normally I wouldn't complain but this was ridiculous. So I called and they were very nice and apologetic about it stating they were understaffed and had new people working in the kitchen. They issued a refund for the hot dog. But I don't think we will be going back to this location or getting the vegan hot dog again.

There is a very large selection of vegan donuts. They are great quality too and I love the uniqueness of the different flavors.
Staff is always super friendly too!

I LOVE Sugar Shack. Their doughnuts are amazing. A lot of them are really sweet though so that's not your thing, you might want to ask for recommendations (or just cut it in half and enjoy the perfection that is Sugar Shack- just a suggestion). A dozen will run you about $15-16. Even when there's a wait, they're pretty fast. Be warned, parking is an utter MESS for the Lombardy St. location. Be VERY careful entering and exiting. It can take a while to get out just due to how people have to finagle their vehicles. (But for the record, it's worth it). You can also pre-order if you have a large enough order.

This place was fine. The donuts are all basically vanilla icing with toppings. The donut itself is good, as are the toppings, but it lacks creativity.

One star for the customer service. It was my first time there and the young lady didn't greet me, I had to ask where which table to take the order at, and the Disney music was loud....
Her and the young man working greeted every customer after me and decided to put the music lower to hear them.....
She also made my milkshake with no gloves on....I truly just wanted to head home. Milkshake wasn't bad though. Won't be returning..........

I can't say enough about how good these donuts were!!! Wow wow wow these were delicious and near perfect. I would recommend the fruity pebbles or the pretzel topped donut!!

Tiny, corner lot you might overlook. Seems stuck in the middle of nowhere. Happy to see they have parking and you don't have to search or park blocks away. The staff was so pleasant, patient as we decided, and friendly conversation while ringing us up. The doughnuts are made with an amazing, light and fluffy bread, that isn't sweet. It's as though the doughnut is a fresh baked bread that just came out of the oven. I absolutely love it. The bread allows the topping to stand out and your sweetness comes from that topping. It's not too sweet, just the right amount of sweet. It's a large doughnut, you could get full from just one. A little expensive, but the quality and taste and variety are worth every penny. They had great coffee options, but I didn't purchase coffee this time. Hope to try next visit.
