Richmond's Best Donuts! Great variety and always fresh. I often stop by Sugar Shack to buy treats for healthcare workers in the area. They are always a great hit with the staff.

Cute place! Amazing donuts - so light and fluffy. They have a large selection of vegan donut options as well, probably about 10 different kinds. I ordered the Oreo, espresso, and vanilla coconut donuts and the pistachio cream latte with soy milk. Everything was delicious!

Loved the donuts but the best thing about this experience was the worker who helped me. Bug was so kind and helpful. They were super knowledgeable and really helped me make my decisions. His donut recommendations were wonderful and I enjoyed every bite. They should definitely definitely get a raise 😊

I've got some mixed feelings about this place. The service was fine; I took it to go and had no issues. The burger was good, but at this low/mid-range price point you can find better elsewhere. The donuts are great, and there is a great variety with some unusual items to try. Also, they have some heckish good dipping sauce that came with the fries (maybe a honey-mustard thing?) Whatever it was, I didn't mean to order it but it was phenomenal.

Get your complete daily caloric intake at one stop. Sugar Shack is a small local chain. It has a decent selection of a variety of donuts are consistently good. The shop on Lombardy is small with limited seating and no decent outdoor seating. Parking is also limited.

I’m so happy I chose to come here tonight for a treat. The donuts were great and satisfying. My girls and I were speechless because the donuts were so good. I wish I took a picture of the donuts before we dug in. I recommend this place and we will be coming back. Most definitely!!!! 😁

Staff was nice, donuts look good but they do not have gluten free options and it wasn't clearly stated.
Edit- If your establishment shows up when I type in gluten free donuts as the second option and there are no gluten free donuts, it sends a bad message. When your owner sends a snooty reply due to a 3 Star review, it also sends a bad message.

Plenty of vegan options. *NOTE* the donut prices are set up by shelf and labeled by “Classic” “Special” and “House” so you can match the price on the board with the donut label. I went tug Chocolate glaze chocolate chip and salted caramel glaze. They’re a cross between yeast and cake donuts so they’re a denser than yeast and lighter than cake. Lots of non-vegan options also. Well priced (two of my donuts pictured were $3.45).

Some of the best donuts I’ve had in a while! Very fresh and unique flavors. We tried the French toast yeast donut and a lemon Oreo long john. Both were amazing!! Also- very affordable! Some craft donut shops charge upwards of $5 per donut but not here. Can’t wait to make this a weekend tradition.
