Great place in Richmond for quality coffee both in bulk and by the cup. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a wide variety of coffee and other accessories. There's even a place to sit outside and watch the world go by while you drink a cup of coffee.

Amazing fresh roasted coffee beans, great selection of loose teas, and everyone who works there is cute and friendly. Best coffee in Richmond. Forget black hand and lamplighter- their coffee is sewage in comparison.

Best coffee store ever. It's a store, not like a cOfFeE sHoP because there's not a whole bunch of seating. It's all about the product bc they have their been roaster right there when you come in and shelves of coffee items from useful af to niche gift item. Very cute. Very nice staff. REALLY CHEAP REFILL PRICE for GREAT COFFEE.

Rostovs is such a cute little shop! I love that you can get a great drink here for a very reasonable price. I went for their valentines day special raspberry white chocolate mocha and ot was delicious and strong. If I lived on cary street I would go here every day. In addition, they sell fresh coffee beans or grounds.

I have been buying coffee and tea from this place and it's former location for over 30 years. They have great selections of coffee and tea as well as accessories. Friendly people and great coffee work for me every time.

This family-owned coffee shop roasts its beans on site in an original 1930s roaster. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their beans and will grind your coffee specifically for your preferred brew. The in-house coffee and tea bar also serves excellent Chai Tea Lattes.

Staff is wonderful here and the coffee is among my favorite in Richmond. They roast their beans in store. The coffee is smooth and flavors are rich and very tasty.

Easy location for parking since they have parking in the rear of building. Great customer service and helpful. The coffee is amazing. Do yourself a favor and get a bag of Copenhagen!

The coffee and tea is really amazing and fresh, and isn't much more expensive than gross store coffee. It's definitely worth it for me. (It's definitely way cheaper than Starbucks, with their nasty expensive 70 year old warehouse coffee)

Great coffee. Tammy and her staff are friendly and always have great coffee recommendations. My out-of-state family members love my coffee gifts from Rostovs.
