On a really hot day, their iced rose chai was exactly what I needed! It's a cute shop with every coffee/tea accessories you could imagine. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well.

Wonderful store for coffee and teas at reasonable prices. A Richmond classic that deserves to stay that way for generations to come. Definitely have to go if you have not yet. They roast, grind, and make their own coffees. They have a respectable tea and glassware selection.

My first choice for coffee and tea supplies in Richmond. Their Richmond blend tea makes the best flavored iced tea . Also, their custom coffee or tea gift boxes are great options for last minute Christmas gifts or any other special occasion.

I love it here. The staff is so lovely and pleasant AND the tea is awesome. I got a very nice mug that feels brilliant in my hand. Also, I honestly can't find a better tasting chai in town! I'll be back.

Huge variety of coffee beans to choose from. The aroma when you walk in is heavenly. Relaxed and helpful staff. Awesome product, fair prices. Only downside is not a lot of indoor seating or ambiance. If this place condensed some of the sales area and made more room for a lounge it would be really neat. Check them out!

Super happy to live behind this coffee shop. The bulk coffee is amazing at a good price & the breakfast loaf bread is always a really treat! Oh and don’t get me started on the amazing smells coming through my house when they roast the beans in the evenings! 😁

Great latte. Fresh ground coffee is the best in the city. Plus a nice place to get a gift for someone.

The manager is rude, while shopping with my family trying to pick out coffee the manager asked us to move so other customers could get through. Maybe she needs to change her store around so everyone could shop. It is kind of hard to support small business when you are treated rudely.
