Just stopped in to check this place out. Went ahead and grabbed a couple bags of tea. The prices are cheap. The quality of the tea is not high quality but it will do. They had a great selection. Also they had a ton of fresh roasted coffees as well. Smelled really pleasant in the store.

I'm a relatively new customer of Rostov's. There I found my favorite coffee; Peru Organic.
I love supporting local business that supports socially conscious and environmental practices. Service is good and personable. Will continue to patronize them.

I stopped by to pick up some coffee. I was helped by a knowledgeable scruffy-lookin' guy that did a nice job recommending an espresso. Paid ~7 bucks for half a pound of espresso. The prices here are great and it really has that local feel to it. Lots of tools for the trade to purchase here and also has a place where you can just get a drink already made if you prefer.

Wonderful coffee and tea. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The ice coffee is my favorite. I take all my friends and family from out state and they love it. My mom does the mail order and its fantastic. By far my favorite coffee place

Wonderful locally owned shop. Great selection of coffee and teas. Go during Cappy hour, a cup of good coffee for less than a buck, also check out the antique roaster (still being used btw). Owner is wonderful!

Rostovs is the only coffee you should be getting in Richmond. They roast the beans to perfection and I rank them 10 stars out of 5!!

Always Delicious coffee beans. We go out our way to buy at this particular store. They don't carry flavored creamer. I know this place specialize for serious coffee drinkers, that's just preference.

Totally funky concept – at least it’s funky to me being from Boston. Seeing your tea and coffee laid out fresh for you to pick and interact with made the whole experience way more interesting. Up north, as with most places everywhere, everything gets kept behind cases and counters. As a dyed-in-the-wool tea drinker, the thrill being able to actually interact with the leaves not only helped me pick what I wanted, but made me enjoy the cup all that much more. I loved the chilled vibe of the space, and appreciated the welcoming help from the baristas (tea-tenders? counter help? not sure what they call themselves, but they were great).

I was looking for a place to purchase good loose leaf tea when I came across Rostov's. Not only do they carry a wide variety of black, green and herbal teas, they carry several decaffeinated options in the black teas. Further, there is a wide selection of coffees for every kind of coffee drinker. If you love espresso or high quality dark roasts, they have great choices as well as those who like lighter roasts and flavorsled coffees. Coffee snobs tea connoisseurs and just simple coffee lovers will find something to enjoy as rostovs. They also carry a wide variety of tea and coffee accessories.

Mail ordered Peru Organic. Excellent....bold but not bitter. Very smooth. I used to live in Richmond and was thrilled to be able to mail order. Also, everyone I've sent gift boxes for birthdays has loved them.
