Great atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff! I got an iced americano since that’s usually what I get when trying new places. It had a fruity/citrus taste to it which is not really my taste but it was still good because of the environment and staff.

Amazing pastry selection and always great coffee. The service is always friendly which makes it the perfect neighborhood coffee shop!

Coffee was amazing, but we waited almost 30 minutes for some toast and a bagel. I finished my coffee before the food was ready.

The drinks and ambience here is unmatched honestly. I’ve had people from far away places ask about Roastology upon learning I live in Richmond. In fact, Roastology is the only reason I live here. I have no family. No prospects. No mission in life. But somehow the chaos and calamity of this world silences when I take that first sip of coffee. However, there is one issue I hope is resolved: the lids. Sometimes my husband goes and picks me up a coffee and he comes back drenched in the bean juice liquids from the bum lid spillage. Please, good patrons of bean heaven, invest in better cups so that my husband can stay clean during his voyage.

Excellent coffee. Finally. Really nice, chill atmosphere whether you're chatting with a friend or getting some work done. As anywhere on Cary St., parking can be hard to find, so be prepared to walk if you come during busy times.

Amazing customer service, delicious food and drink, beautiful ambiance - it was kind of crowded and loud to do work but it was a Sunday lmao what was I to expect, great experience!

I go here almost weekly and it is hands down my favorite place to get breakfast and coffee. Atmosphere is pretty and spacious, the prices are reasonable, and the lavender latte is to die for. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I appreciate the vegan and gluten free options. My siblings have restricted diets for medical reasons and they were floored by the taste and many options they could have here. I always bring my visiting friends and family here. This place is unique and charming.

I love their lavender drink! Their vegan options are very tasty. I was not a fan of the vegan cheese but vegan cheese is an art form that many haven’t succeeded at. It had a nice flavor I just wasn’t a fan. The food itself was good. They have a jalapeño vegan biscuit that I paired with a suggested jam, amazing! I do not have pics but will try to update later. Definitely check them out for tasty beverages & vegan food. They are also next to a nice thrift store “the Clothes Rack” that I visit when I go here. Check out both! Peace, love & light!
