Coffee was good, bathrooms were clean and the people were really nice and they could move a line pretty good!

Great Third Wave Roaster! They provide the "roasted on" date on each bag of beans, not the "sell by" date. We're fortunate to have this purveyor of coffee in Richmond.

A great option if you want to try something new, similar to Rostov’s in selections.

Today was my second time visiting and I had a great experience both times. The food is fresh and tasty, the portions are sizable for the price. The coffee is fresh and you can tell in the taste. The shop is of course very aesthetically pleasing, and service is relatively quick. Definitely a must try in the Richmond area!

Their coffee is some of the best I've had in Richmond, and their food is amazing too. Their gluten free and vegan options are awesome, and don't even taste like an imitation. I can't wait for the pandemic to recede because I'm planning on spending some time working there, as the ambience is great too! Definitely recommend!

We lived in the Richmond area for a year and fortunately stumbled across this place. I’ve been around the world and had coffee in tons of countries. This place is in the top three and I still order my beans from them even though I live in Utah now. Every time I order it is accurate and timely. I can’t say enough positive things about the way I’ve been treated from this establishment.

Second attempt at coming here. Again, frustratingly slow service. 15-20 minutes to get a drink. Only 1 person ahead of me in line. Too many better coffee shops around - I will not give this one another try.

I got the Bánh mì, which doesn't appear to show up on their online menu, but was in their print menu in the store and was delicious. Also got a molasses cookie, also great.

I ordered the Hummingbird latte, didn’t like it. I asked if I could get a different drink and the barista told me if I wanted to order another drink, I would have to pay half price for it. Most coffee shops will make you a new drink no problem. Roastology is not one of those places. If you’re wanting to get out of your comfort zone and try something new, you can’t rely on the certainty that this coffee shop will be open to you ordering a new drink if you don’t like it. There are more coffee shops in Richmond!!
