recently revisited this gem! Came here the first time back in (I believe…I’m old, OK?!) the late 2Ks and it was a perfect “whole in the wall”, locals preferred coffee spot…loved it even more because it was an old, on a corner (refurbed gas station) “Fan” location…also loved it because they are obviously Bicycle-Friendly (and I remember back during the Cycling World Championships not being able to get in on a couple of occasions because the various Teams and individual European racers were flooding the place for their daily coffee/espresso fix! Still a great vibe and great coffee (and pumpkin loaf)…and I found out the other day that the mug I have from there is one of their “OG” cream-colored mugs (they now are black)…when You’re out and about and if you haven’t been there check it out…you’ll be pleased

Small little local scoffee place which serves the best coffee. Try getting coffee in a coffee cup, drink in the benches there. Coffee is reasonably priced and you Also have space inside

Very nice, local, coffee shop. Friendly and spacious. Great tasting espresso and nitro cold brew

Lamplighter is my absolute favorite place to go in RVA for coffee. All espresso drinks come with at least two shots of espresso. Their mocha, oat milk latte, and teas have all been delicious. As someone who has been to every coffee shop in Richmond I'm just sad I didn't try Lamplighter soon!

Awesome coffee, chill atmosphere. We sat outside. I had the iced brown sugar oat milk latte. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend it.

This is probably my favorite cafe in Richmond. Tall Bike Blend is delicious and I drink it black. With cheap refills, it's nice to sit for a couple hours and read or work. There's ample outdoor seating, so it's a great place to be on a warm day. The food is fantastic. They are also happy to make modifications if you have diet restrictions. It can get busy around lunch time, and it can be hard to find parking. However, I've never been completely unable to find a spot within a block. Also, the indoor seating is very limited and not comfortable on a hot day as there is no air conditioning. However, there is a nice big covered porch with heaters when it is cold.

Good! Loved the cranberry espresso tonic with sage. Full coffee bar and light breakfast fare - bagels, breakfast burritos, some baked goods.

Coffee is slightly pricey ($3 espresso), but they give you a free coffee if you buy beans (~$20 for 12oz). Not much indoor seating available, but pretty quick and friendly service.

Every experience I've had here has been enjoyable so far. You order outside or you can pre-order online. They have a small inclosed seating area attached with chairs, benches, tables amd fans. The inclosed seating area is very cute inside with multiple plants. There is also a small green area across the street with picnic tables and umbrellas. Coffee and food always taste great!

Cool vibe, but just way too slow. One latte when you’re the 2nd in line shouldn’t take 12 minutes. At the same time, you’re watching orders sit and get cold before being given to customers. Playing business is not the same as running a business guys!
