Baklava was ok, didn’t taste like real baklava tho, needed more honey. The pecan bar was awful I just couldn’t finish it at all. Felt bad to waste it, but it had a funky taste to it and was rather dry. Their pastries seem standardized like they are mass produced and not like a real pastry shop unfortunately. My sweet tooth was kickin and I had high hopes for them, but maybe the coffee is better. Staff was very nice

My coworker and I were looking for a change from the office coffee and decided to give a local coffee shop a try. I found Sprigs through a google search. We walked in and the nice woman behind the counter greeted us and offered us menus. She gave off owner or at least manager vibes. As she handed us menus, she stated "this is your first time here". Stated, not asked. This let me know that she puts in the effort to actually remember who walks in. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and the maple-Dijon turkey panini. Now, I got a little nervous because the main area only has a toaster oven and the oat milk is Planet Oat brand. Turns out there's an entire kitchen in the back, so my worries about the sandwich were relieved. I do not appreciate Planet Oat milk, so that concern was still very much in tact. We got our orders and headed back to the office. I got back to my desk and couldn't wait to try everything. First was the cappuccino - I don't know what she did to that Planet Oat, but my drink was perfectly creamy and smooth. Then I took a bite of the "turkey" sandwich -- I say "turkey" because it tasted like happiness on ciabatta. Sandwiches are all about the bread for me and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted. The turkey was juicy and the provolone held everything together nicely. I will definitely be returning. If you're looking for a friendly cafe, where the staff cares enough to learn your name, Sprigs is it!

Delicious baklava, Mediterranean pastries, fresh hummus, and egglplant dip. Best hidden gem in the Carlyle neighborhood! If you're looking for a quick snack and coffee and nothing too frou frou, this is your spot! Also, supports Catholic Charities great mission and coffee is roasted by veterans living in transitional housing through Catholic Charities in AZ. They've also been very kind to my dog and always give him whipped cream cups. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Great food for breakfast and lunch. Also, many pastries that are all delicious. Coffee is ethically sourced Arabica coffee and it is brewed by veterans transitioning from active duty. Friendly staff and affable manager. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for quality tea or coffee and good food.

Their menu does not reflect what they charge and what they serve. Quite deceiving. Parking is very limited. Will not be going back.
