I'm so glad Little Seed has opened. The oat milk latte was really solid. Perfect for a crisp fall day, nice balance between the milk and the seasonal espresso blend, roasted in-house! Loved the atmosphere too. The plants, decor and local art were a really nice touch. I'll definitely be back soon! A wonderful addition to the Middlebury coffee scene– love their commitment to donating a portion of proceeds to nonprofits. Can't wait to see what they have planned for the future with their coffee menu and their space.

The definition of a cozy shop that fits the community and is a great stop when visiting Middlebury. The coffee is exceptional and the highlight of little seed, additional latte options, a variety of treats, and bags to go that are roasted in house.

Super cute, bohemian, cozy coffee shop. The coffee was excellent and the staff was extremely quick (we picked up our coffee immediately after finishing paying for it). Nice relaxing music and local artwork for sale on the walls.

The coffee I ordered was delicious. I love the atmosphere in Little Seed. Everything gives off such a positive feeling, and the staff were all incredibly nice. I love their You Sip, We Give program, and that they sell plants for the Giving Fridge. Another incredible Middlebury stop. Lastly, my daughter and I thought the Rye Bay Leaf brownie was just about the best thing we ever had.

Stopped in after a long day and needed just 'some coffee' and left with what was the best oat milk latte I've ever had. The coffee was extremely well made and spectacularly tasty. I've been connected to the coffee industry for years and years and cupped at many small roasters just like this one. This place takes the crown.

The coffee shop had ample seating and a relaxing environment. The employees and patrons were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I wanted a standard cold brew, but the only option was a nitro infused cold brew. It was very smooth, but it was a bit pricier than I would have liked.

Great spot for a morning cup of coffee, good strong Wi-Fi, clean, and has an open feel. I could definitely get some work done here. The only reason it doesn't get 5-stars is that there were limited food options, even less than what was shown on their menu as they were out of items. It's possible they were waiting on deliveries as it was first thing Monday morning when I visited.

Top notch, great vibes. Definitely the best coffee shop in Middlebury (I've been to em all). I got a quad decaf americano, 12 oz cup. Nice choice of beans and roast. It had nice crema, smooth, not acidic - and they put the perf amount of water. Though they don't make the baked goods in house and the pastries are on the pricey side, the chocolate chip cookie was bomb - chewy yet crisp with a nice salty sweet bite.
