Pho Bien Hoa - Taylorsville

The service is amazing! We absolutely love the food. We used to travel almost an hour and a half to eat there. It's amazing on a cold winter day! We really enjoy the food.

Loose spring rolls. Beef and shrimp tasted as if they were boiled in plain water before added to the meal. Shrimp still had it's shell. Decent pricing, but will not return.

Terrible service. Never checked on water, forgot apps and entrees. Had to be reminded our party had ordered things that hadn’t been brought to the table. Tried to charge us for a drink they never brought and were miffed when we told them to remove the charge.

Probably just a rough night with a new server...but still.

Great food, friendly service! We like the pho with the yellow noodle. They keep the water coming! They have nice music and FS1 on the tv. I think you get more food when you eat in. We are so full! It hit the spot.

Wow best pho I have had. I know everyone says that, but this is truly the best I have had. I grew up in Hong Kong, and I have lived in Michigan and Washington state (I'm trying to say I have been around). This is by far the best I have had.

We ordered #22 rare beef and brisket, extra large (+2). It was a huge portion which we loved and the noodles and beef were very on point! I like the thin noodles they use. BTW, there are 3 sizes, regular, large (+$1), extra large (+$2). In my opinion, extra large is a great deal. We also ordered the coconut beef curry, it was also amazing. I heard a few other customers ordered it while we were there. It must be a pretty popular dish.

But I cannot get over how good the pho was! I kept saying it while we were eating. I will be going back again for sure, even though it is out of the way from my usual daily routine. The waiters could almost understand you completely, but sometimes you have to ask a second time to get exactly what you need (eg. a small bowl, the check, etc.). Nevertheless they are very helpful and nice. 5 stars all around for the pho!

Delicious! The chicken pho was excellent. I had a strawberry boba which was fantastic too. What a treat! (Also, the wait staff were so attentive and polite).

I went there, waited 1 1/2 for my food, brought it out half cooked, and was forced to pay tip. What the heck! I've been here 2 times. First had really bad after taste and dirty water. I am never going back! I love pho but this is a joke.

So terrible. I ordered through Grubhub. My soup arrived without broth and when I called the restaurant, they blamed my Grubhub driver for not checking that the order was complete before leaving with it (hi, not her job) and told me to come pick it up myself. I’m home with a sick toddler which is why I ordered Grubhub in the first place. I’m going to go stare at my brothless noodles before ordering broth through Instacart. Disappointed AF.
