I’ve got a spring rolls and pho. I have ordered it to go and I did not receive any type of utensils napkins or any type of sauces. Do not recommend. First time buyer as well.

I’ve tried quite a few pho places in salt lake county and this one is usually my top two. Great broth flavor and consistent. Today was different though. Although the broth was flavorful, the add-ins seemed less plentiful and wilted and browned. The basil was wilted, the jalapeños looked kind of dry, the mung bean sprouts were browning, the limes were a little dry on the outside. I got the impression that these had all been pre-prepared at a time far from when we came to dinner. Noticeably unfresh to the point where we didn’t dare eat all of the Mung bean sprouts. I’m still giving 4 stars because of previous good experiences, but please please do not make this the new norm. I’m not here for leftovers.

They have the best Pho. I have eaten many places but this is the best. Today I listened to Vietnamese people chat and was given my time to spend as i wished. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh. The menu is a bit different from a few years ago and now has Chinese dishes as well.

Broth is hot and tasty. Large house special had very little meat in it, but that was my only complaint.

When I went inside, I noticed that the whole setup of the restaurant had changed. There was a new boba shop on the left side when you entered the door. I remembered that one of my friends told me that the owner had changed once again. So, I decided to go visit and see if it better or worse... I went with my friends to try some of the stuff that they had. We ordered some summer rolls, pho house specials and other things as well. The quantity and the size of the summer rolls were small and they were about 5 bucks and it wasn't necessarily worth it at all. Next, we were served the House Specials and the meat weren't as fresh as they used to be and some of the meatballs were spoiled and had a horrendous stench. I used to really like going there for Pho, but after that experience I am for sure not to go again for a long time until their quality of food gets better.

Okay, we've eaten at Pho Bien Hoa many times. I was very disappointed in the service we recently received. We ordered 4 orders to go, when we got them home. the meat was very sparse and the soup was barely warm. (Really) It didn't even soften the noodles. We had to microwave the orders to heat them up. It was disappointing. I wouldn't have said anything but I had a previous order at the restaurant that was similar. They have been better. Don't give up quality for quantity! In the past I would have given them 4 stars.

So yum! Friendly staff. Best Pho Chay (vegan broth & tofu pho soup) I've ever had. Good variety of meat & vegetarian options.

I love this place, have been going here for years. The bad reviews in service had to be one offs. It’s so delicious and fresh.

I love this place!!! I've been going for some time now and it never disappoint. The employees are nice and the food is authentic. I always bring my friends here and they love it, especially their smoothies and boba.
