So we were seated and then shortly got out food i reached to get chop sticks there were live roaches in the chop stick that started to come out of the stand they were In And they started walking on the table they were alive how disgusting also the extra plate they brought was also dirty I asked for a child bowl and but did look cleaned at all. I called the waiter to show her and she took the chopstick stand and said im so sorry we can give you a discount haha 10 percent I said no and left I have been going here for 8 years and its sad too see that its not hard to get a pest control or exterminator so the health department needs to be called because if they were in the stand there for sure are more in the kitchen and these were adult size bugs I will not be returning. Be careful if you eat here this is not sanitary at all.

This is my favorite place to get pho!
I've been going here for years and still haven't found any where else in the valley that I like as much. I never order anything besides pho so I can't speak to the quality of the rest of the food.
Service is a little slow but always very polite.
Recently remodeled with a snacks and boba bar! Haven't tried anything yet but the boba variety looks great with lots of options for toppings like aloe vera or various jellies.

An hour late and delivered to wrong address, had to reorder and took 3 more hours to deliver, absolutely despicable, I went some where else and had the same food delivered in 30-40 minutes. this place still didn't give me a refund. buyer beware- avoid this place like a plague . first experience and never again

I really only come here for the Pho because its delicious and fast! I have had their fried rice and it's delicious also but I havent tried anything else. I stick to what I love :-) Service is always great too and I definitely recommend to anyone.

Better rates than most by about $2.00 per person...LARGE portions and the food is DELICIOUS!!! Beware of the added spices and don't overdo it!!! I took it too far but it was still incredibly delicious and it's probably my favorite pho restaurant that I've been to.

I'll admit, I was a but skeptical about eating here because carriage square is so run down. Talk a diamond in the rough! The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is great. And then the chicken pho....best I've ever had! They use actual chicken breast instead of cheap, greasy thighs, like most pho restaurants. And the price was a little cheaper than others. The flavor was fantastic. The table across from us had a little fondue pot where they were making their own, like the melting pot. I'd really like to try that next time. I have found MY official pho restaurant and we will definitely be back!

This is my first time trying their pho with the new owner. I am impressed with how the pho soup tasted. The second time I had another bowl of pho, they were consistently good! I have to say that it is tastier than the original owner. My friend enjoyed the egg noodle soup. The fried spring roll was awesome too. Why not 5 star? Because I am still searching for that perfect juaaaan!

Food was great here with portions and prices then it changed. Portions got smaller as the prices went up and menu went smaller. Still clean and well maintained place. What caught me off guard was the automatic $5 something gratuity charge when it was my just my Husband, Baby & I and I left a $5 tip not knowing you charged me a gratuity fee for making a Boba drink because it's made seperately from the food as I asked for a reciept since what I usually order never amounts to near $35.00 for 2 1/2 people. Never heard of that charge before at other pho places I have eaten at hence why it was my last visit after I paid $10 on tips and services when my cheque was already at $35.00 for a large bowl of pho, pad thai chicken, small bowl of steam rice, salt and pepper squid & one boba mango. My husband got his food as always while my Son and I waited on ours for awhile so service isn't up to par. Need to tell customers about automatic gratuity charges before they order Bobas or any other foods.

The best pho in Salt Lake, hands down!
I've had pho at many places in the valley, and you simply can't beat the broth at Bien Hoa, which as any pho lover knows, makes or breaks the dish. I have 2 places closer to my home, and bypass them to go to Bien Hoa at least once or twice a month (my 11 year old requests it weekly). I generally get the brisket and raw beef to-go. It's wonderful and comes with everything you could ask for; rice noodles, onion, thai basil, green onion, hoisin, chili sauce, jalapeno, lime, sprouts, meat, and separately packed broth. I'd give 6 stars if I could. You'll never be able to happily eat pho anywhere else if you try this place!

The cream cheese wontons we ordered were not great - they were still cold in the middle. However our pho had great, and full of delicious cilantro and green onions.
