This place has always had the very best food and the dishes are always plated beautifully. The appetizers are out of this world good. The chicken lettuce wraps, fried summer rolls, won tons and pot stickers are delicious and fresh every single time. The pho, and pork chop and chicken plates are also fantastic. Their servers are super friendly and polite as well.

Very impolite and just plain awful service. And expensive too. Their serving sizes are smaller than other Pho restaurants and they run 2 to 3 dollars more expensive too. When dining in expect to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged, even though they are walking past you the whole time, and once seated it took 15 minutes for them to even come to our table. I was about ready to leave but judging by their service, they wouldn't have cared anyway.

I placed a phone order for spring rolls and chicken pho with no onions due to allergies.
I repeated "no onions" three times. They said my order would be ready in 10minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and they told me it would be ready in 10 more minutes. They were busy, it happens.
After I got home,, I opened the box with the noodles and chicken... There were regular and green onions all over the chicken and noodles. Very disappointed. They didn't put napkins, utensils or fortune cookies in the bag either. I should've checked before I left the place.. Overall this was a poor experiebce that happened over a year ago. I havent ordered pho from here since. The broth is really flavorful though.
I figured I'd give them another shot and I'm glad I did. The service is better since that old experience and the food is too good not to have every now and then.
The main positive things to highlight, however are their peanut sauce (thee best I've ever had, just my opinion) spring rolls, chicken & shrimp pad thai, vermicelli noodles with grilled chicken, and the chicken wings which are all amazingly delicious.

This place is excellent! I and my co-workers eat at this establishment at least once to twice a week, many a business deal have been closed over this restaurant's most excellent bowl of pho soup. The atmosphere, the service and the food are top notch. The phrase that best describes this restaurant is "simple done very well." Every dish is cooked very well, and made from the best, organic ingredients; and the prices are unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant to visitors, to lunch goers, to anyone in the Salt Lake valley, this is the best Vietnamese place to eat!

I’ve eaten here my whole life. From childhood to adulthood the servers have always been very nice and kind. They relentlessly fill water cups, always set out forks as well as chopsticks, never forget the extra bowls, and provide high chairs for young ones.
The pho has stayed the same and has always been the best in Utah! What makes this soup is good is the meat. It is beautiful. It’s traditional, in my family, to eat this soup in the winter or on a rainy day. After eating you get all warm and cozy and tired.
The extras that go along with pho are great too. The fresh and fried spring rolls are delicious. The custard apple smoothie is amazing. The water is great. The guts of the soup like the bean sprouts, lime, and basil are always very fresh. We haven’t ever been out of sauces like Sriracha or hoisin.
The bathrooms are always clean.
I’ve never had a problem with this place.

Went here about 8-9 months ago and the food was bad. We have been going here for the last few years but decided to start looking elsewhere. We decided to retry since reading recent reviews and information regarding a new owner. Last night was so fantastic. They have really increased their food quality. Orange chicken and cream cheese wontons my husband got were to die for! I got the pot stickers and rare beef pho. It was fantastic I couldnt get enough and ate way too much. I love the new lay out and menu options.

We've been coming here for about a decade but no more. Food portions and quality have gone below acceptable levels. The ham fried rice tastes reheated, they've changed the recipe/spices and they no longer put onions in it. They also changed recipes for the broth and no longer tastes the same and it's gross now. Not to mention they have cockroaches just chilling and crawling on the walls and floor. They have a Health Department rating of 1 star, takes 10 seconds to look them up. With many other Pho places, many closer to us, I think it's finally time to try other places.

Honestly my least favorite pho I’ve ever had. We also got the beef lo mein and it was lacking taste and had barely any beef.
The broth was too dark brown
and extremely strong of cinnamon/anise flavor to the point that’s all I could taste. There was no green onions as garnish. Cheap noodles and I didn’t even want to drink the broth :( I got brisket in the pho and that was the best part along with sprouts.
We won’t be ordering again. Maybe they have better menu items?

Good pho to be sure, but was very cold and seemed to be re-heated or maybe not quite as fresh as I would have liked? Went back to try again and had a similar experience.
