Our server forgot to put in our food for over 45min and told us afterwards. Told her we had an appitizer and she looked confused and that I was lying to her. She checked her notepad and looks and behold.... We were right.
If you have time to eat and to spend at a restaurant than come here. Spent 20min to flag down a server. 2 tables who came in after us was serviced and order taken before we even got drinks...
Server looked so annoyed that we were here and taking up her precious time so I guess make sure when you come here your not in a time constraint or have a timed obligation cause you surly won't make it in time!

Super fresh. Ordered the tofu lettuce wraps no chestnuts twice this week. Pho was delicious. My go to in SLC

I got here at 3:30 I ordered 2 bobas we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still have not gotten our bobas. The customer service is lacking in Efficiency and speed. It’s super annoying and frustrating. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes and plus for only 2 bobas, and the place is not even busy. We got our bobas at 3:53.. COME ON!!!

the people working there were chatting more than they we’re working. Ruined my day!!!! if the Boba was good then that would’ve been OK but it wasn’t worth it I’ve had better#Nothing special. Before coming here consider how long it’s gonna take for you to get your food and The extra wait that it’s gonna take for your drinks.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The food is some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve eaten!

I enjoyed the pho. However, the fresh spring rolls were not that good. When checking out, they give you an option to tip. But they start at 25% 30% and go up. That irritates me to no end. Makes me want to leave less of a tip when they try to force you to leave more.

This place has some top notch food for a great price. But the best part about it is how friendly everyone is that works there.

Of all the PHO places I've eaten in Salt Lake City, this is the best ever. I recommend it. Quality of food and attention

Pho was alright but nothing spectacular, we waited a long time for it too. Their portions are pretty big so that's nice. Jalapenos weren't too spicy and the beef and meat in it was good. They take forever to bring stuff though or check up on you. Overhyped.

My favorite pho place in the valley, and I've tried well over 20 I'd say 😂

The only place where u don't have to really "Dr up" your broth with hella hoisen sauce and such 🤙

I have been to this restaurant many times and I always get the same thing because it is so good! I love the number 7 for the appetizer. That's potstickers. And I love the number 19 for my entree. It is pork with vermicelli noodles and egg rolls and it is delicious! My husband likes the rare beef and brisket pho (#29) and he always gets that. We are always seated promptly and my water glass is never empty. The portion sizes are great and the food is always delicious. I will definitely continue going to this restaurant!

Edited to add: The takeout is almost as good as eating in the restaurant.

Update Jan. 2023: the food is just as good as it always has been. The portion sizes have decreased and prices increased, but it's still good!
