Yummy sandwiches pairs well with great soup! Little slow sometimes and not always attentive to special requests but overall a great stop for lunch!

We bought a gift basket online. It said they were still available. We went over to pick up the order and the worker who came out gave us attitude. He explained to us that they tried calling us to let us know they were all out. When we showed him that we didn't receive any calls he got defensive. We were able to speak to the manager. He was really nice and gave us a refund. But explained that this has been happening due to a website malfunction.

Ordering/Pickup system is flawed!
I ordered on the app and it said food would be ready in 10 minutes. I went through the drive-through window to pick up my food. They said I’m not allowed to pick up my food to the drive-through window and I’d have to go around front. I went to the front, text the number on the sign, and still had to sit and wait 15 minutes in my car to get one salad and one sandwich. The lady said the reason I can’t pick it up in the drive through is because they don’t make the food until I get here. Then what is the point for ordering ahead of time? The whole point of ordering ahead is to have the food ready by the time you tell me in the order confirmation.
Food was good though.

Try their Turkey Bacon Avocado or Turkey Artichoke Panini. Both are delicious. Also, any dessert is wonderful, but I want to personally hug the hands that crafted their chocolate mousse domes. :D

I absolutely cannot get enough of their broccoli cheddar Soup...

So I went to Kneaders to get some wonderful bread. I was looking to see items that they had on the shelves to get some gift ideas. As I was looking, I was told that everything was sold and staff didn't know what was available today to patrons. I wanted something that I could bring to colleagues. No go. I asked for rustic rye. None . Will talk to Baker. Apparently other issues to discuss with baker. List made. Wanted soup not available til 11. Ok I get that. Wanted cappuccino but machine broken. Got a couple of cranberry orange loaves. Wanted to bring them to the USPS for a treat. Had to ask 3 people for even a plastic knife to cut and serve the loaves I bought. Everything there is always delicious. The staff seems consumed with Christmas orders. Totally understandable. Was scolded for looking at sold items and employees are more focused on orders than daily customers. I felt disrespected. Like an idiot. If so consumed with outside orders, get more staff to attend to it. If felt more comfortable and attended to buying honey in a hardware store. I really hope that this was a fluke. 😐

Out of coffee at the at the drinks area so stepped to the other coffee dispenser and was told to go back to the empty one when I left it was still empty rude people

My bill was $45 and this establishment wouldn't take a $50 bill. It's not like I was buying something for $1 and cleaning out your cash register out of money. That was ridiculous. Whoever made that rule needs is ridiculous. Use some common sense.

I love this place. The food is really good, the desserts come from heaven and all the cute decor they sell are just amazing!!

I usually love kneaders and don't mind waiting when its busy, but today they got my order wrong on both the sandwich and salad I ordered. Disappointing
