The best thing about kneaders for me is their breakfast. The french toast is awesome and my personal favorite. They also have lots of breads that are delicious too for example pumpkin bread. Not a big fan of the lunch food but it might be because I just haven't found the right thing yet.

I am usually not one to complaint or leave bad reviews but my experience was terrible. My family and I went in last Saturday night. With only one person in front of me ordering food for two I figured the wait wouldn't be bad. I waited 40 minutes before going up to ask about our food. People behind the counter saw me standing there and nobody came up to greet me at the counter so the basket decorator came over to ask me if I needed anything after a few minutes. (nobody had walked in after me to order) I proceeded to tell her I had been waiting 40 minutes for my food. She went to check on it and had everything made but the sandwich we ordered. She told me they sent it on a drive thru order and then they made that within 5 more minutes. So after 45 minutes we got our food. The problem was they dished up the soup we got on the side 45 minutes before hand so it was cold, the grilled cheese kids meal was hardened around the outside and the cheese wasn't melted anymore. Then I went back in to get a refund and the younger guy behind the counter was entirely rude about it and none of the workers (other than the manager and basket decorator) cared because they all look about 15 or 16 so why would they of course. I will not go back into this location because of this experience.

Frustrating experience with kneaders today. Do not order curbside unless you dont care about the accuracy of the order, wether the food is hot by the time they get it to you, or if you have anywhere to be. If none of that matters go ahead and order kneaders for curbside. We waited for an hour, nobody would bring the order out even after texting the number and calling the store multiple times. I didn't have shoes so I couldn't go inside the restaurant. We gave up on curbside and went through the drive through which took another 20+ minutes. By the time we got to the drive through window to receive the food it was 50 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. We didn't even think to see if the food was still warm after sitting so long. Every last bit of the order was cold and they missed the side of bacon that I paid extra for.
In other words nobody in my house is happy with breakfast and now I'd like a refund.

I placed and order for 2 dozen specialty bread gift wrapped during the busiest time of the season, they delivered beautifully. They were positive and kind and even brought them all right out to my car.

UPDATE: I broke down and tried to order the delivery online option. It looks like they fixed it. The food has been good but, the order is still wrong. On the plus side, when I called to tell them, they made it up to me and were very nice about it. The option for delivery, pick up, or dine in is really nice. I changed my rating because they actually listened and make efforts to make things right for their customers. I appreciate that.
I really wanted to like this place. I've tried it out multiple times and am just not a fan. The food is good, which is why there are 2 stars. However it's over priced for what you're getting. The service is not great since my order has never ONCE been correct. Plus, the online ordering system for delivery is hit or miss. If you try to call an order in and explain the website issue, the person on the other end will pass the buck to Doordash or say, "you just have to order online". Really haven't enjoyed any of my experiences with the staff. It's just unfortunate.

Went to Kneaders in St. George for my daughters birthday breakfast. We have been to Kneaders in the SLC area but this experience was not a good one. It took 1/2 hour to get our food. When the food came the french toast was cold and hard. We would have expected more. You could see the drive through getting served and we were just waiting and waiting...if we had hot good quality food we would have not have complained about the wait.

We placed an order online and received an email that the food would be ready in 15 minutes. We gave it 20 minutes just to be safe because it was a Saturday night. Unfortunately, when we got to Kneaders, they could not find out order. I wouldn't have minded because I understand that it can happen when things get busy, but the person at the drive thru was tremendously rude about it. He went off to search, came back, said he couldn't find it, asked us to list off everything in detail from our order, sighed, and said, "Fine, I'll go see if I can find that!" He then came back 10 minutes later and asked what our order was again. We told him and he very dismissively said that they're still putting it together...45 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready and it was just two sandwiches! He came back a third time and said that they didn't have the bread for one of the sandwiches and that they didn't have the other sandwich entirely. We asked what that meant and he frustratedly explained that they were out of all the ingredients for the second sandwich. We explained that some of those were on the first sandwich and asked why one has all the ingredients minus the bread, but the other doesn't. He then said they didn't have them for both sandwiches. We asked for a refund at that point and he disappeared for another 10 minutes. He finally came back with a refund receipt and all he did was hold it out to us. No apologies whatsoever. Sadly, this isn't the first time something like this has happened to us at Kneaders. We do enjoy the sandwiches, but their customer service is atrocious.

Stopped by on the advice of a friend while passing through, we only got a couple loaves of fresh bread (both very delicious) since we had just eaten lunch on the road, but their menu looked really enticing. We're certainly going to make this a regular stop anytime we're passing through!

Good soups, sandwhiches, and French toast. Breads are their fortè. You buy a loaf for the road.
Update 18 Jun 2018- French toast in the morning is still the bomb!
