I really enjoyed the fruit tart , not for eating it everyday as it's pricy... but from time to time..why not? Great atmosphere!!! Beautiful place.

I love Kneaders, but advertised vs what was received. I could have bought a better pie at Walmart's bakery. I ordered over the phone and it was in the bag so I didn't think to check until I was home. I'm really disappointed that it didn't even have the chocolate crust. Big let down! They should really do better in their advertising.

The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the food is really good. The service is awful. I did a pick up order and went through the drive-through. It was 3pm and no one was in the drive thru, the parking lot was empty. I asked if I could pick up through there. She told me I couldn’t and I had to come around to the front. I asked her if I could do a curbside pick up because my baby was asleep in the car and she sighed and told me just to pull around to the window.
She did not greet me. About 7 minutes later She pushed my food out the window and slammed the window and rolled her eyes at me. It was crazy. I would have totally been fine if she said I couldn’t do that. I didn’t know it was such a hard ask…

Kneaders used to be great, but now it’s not worth the visit. They’ve always been overpriced, but the food was good…now they are understaffed and they are always out of stuff.

Kneaders just needs a better system. It's a Panera type of restaurant minus the Panera efficiency. We made our order simple so that we'd be out of there quickly: the right-there-on-the-shelves croissant and eclair to go. Twenty minutes went by. Finally we had to ask for our money back because, clearly, we weren't going to get our order for another 20 minutes. Coffee was good but even then, I had to ask for milk or cream - it wasn't available in the coffee area.

Breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Pastries were pretty good. The coffee wasn’t my favorite. Employees were excellent!

This rating might not appeal to everyone reading it, but I find the food to be overpriced and average. If all they had to offer was the all you can eat french toast it works be a different story, but $30 for two for lunch.. I'd rather go to subway

My wife and I were driving back from San Diego to our home in American Fork. We were exhausted and chose to stop here because we wanted to get food somewhere fast and yummy. We pulled into the drive through Monday 18 Oct 2022 at 18:22. We ordered two chicken, cheese, and ham sandwiches. We asked that the ciabatta bread be switched with asiago cheese bread and that the sandwiches be pressed. We also ordered a kids meal and paid $1.99 for an extra apple juice.
We were the only people in the drive-thru and when I ran in to go to the bathroom I saw no other customers in the restaurant, but I did notice four employees sitting around chatting and . It took them 18 minutes to make and deliver our food (I know the exact times because my autistic son wears a GPS tracker that updates his location every 10 seconds). I don't know why they took so long, but it seemed like the sandwiches had been sitting there for a long time. They were no longer hot, which was the whole point of pressing them.
Once we were back on the freeway, we noticed that they had ignored our request and had given us ciabatta bread and we also discovered that they only gave us one apple juice even though they billed for two. We called to ask for a $1.99 refund seven times that night and three times the next morning finally someone answered on the last time and said the manager would call me. They never did.
I love Kneaders. I met my wife at the Lindon Kneaders. It is normally a great experience. But somehow this Kneaders even with a ratio of four staff and no customers cannot be prompt, cannot get my order right, and cannot answer the phone.

I hate writing not so great reviews, but after having this experience twice at two different locations— I hope this gets the attention it needs.
The employees were fine, and the food as always is great. We love kneaders, however waiting in a drive-thru line for over 20-30min to receive our order of ONE sandwich— it was insane. The location was not busy at all. Neither was the inside sitting—usually I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the second location here that made us never want to get food from kneaders in st.George , again. The employee never apologized for the clearly long wait and didn’t even seem phased by it.
Great food, just don’t have 30minutes to spend in a drive thru when the location is dead to begin with. Please train your employees or staff better? Would love to try again in the future if this can be fixed 🙏🏼

.5 stars because 1 is generous. Twice now I have placed an order no less than 3 hours before my scheduled pick up, and twice now I’ve waited 45+ minutes in the pick up spot just to go in to get it myself to find my food hasn’t even been started yet… with no one in the restaurant or drive through. I’m not sure where the manager is, if there even is one, but he/she needs to be demoted and retrained and employees need to be put in check. Absolutely garbage service, do better.
