Found it on Google. Looking for something close to the room in was staying at. Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich. After seeing people that came after me get their food I got up and started hovering around the counter. Someone noticed and called my name . It was the breakfast croissant š„ instead. Time crunch so I ate the flaky nastiness and took the cards dealt me. Coffee was good and the restaurant was clean

We stopped here to pick up some tarts for a friend. The raspberry was amazing and the fruit one was good, but not as good as the raspberry.
Also I love love the broccoli soup, itās one of my favorite soups, hands down. I got a cup of it, for my sipping pleasure on my drive.

Itās tough being a mom. Thanks for nothing tonight Kneaders. Wonāt ever go back. Letting everyone know who is managing the store now. Sad for owner because used to be nice place. Go to the one on mall drive.
Placed order for 4 soup bowls online. Came at appointed time. First couldnāt find order. Then found and was only 2. I asked were others were and she said idk Iām new let me get manager. He explained they sell their items even if Iāve ordered and paid for online, which doesnāt make sense. If I already bought, how can they remove from my bag and sell.
My biggest problem was Iām being nice and this manager was curt, rude, non helpful. Said he could refund the two he sold. No sorry, Iāll make it right, compensation for my time or gas, only get lost. Now Iāll go home and only feed half my kids tonight.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and had pregnancy brain. The app had my home address for delivery when I intended it to be my work address, but I did not catch it until after I placed the order. I called immediately after and a kind woman told me she would try to reach out to the location to fix this. She called back and let me know it was too late but that theyād refund my money. That was a very classy thing of them to do since it was my own stupidity that caused the mess. Also, the food is always wonderful and the drive thru here is always so fast. Thank you!

The food was great but the tables had not been cleaned, bathroom had trash overflowing, and they had run out of napkins so they went and got us some paper towels from the backā¦ maybe short staffed like every place!! The BLT on sourdough was delicious.

We had a Turkey sandwich on a croissant that was pretty good. The staff was friendly but the service was slow. Not a big deal. I also order a sugar cookie and bought 3 different loaves of bread and orange rolls. Those were all a disappointment. They were dry and seemed to be a few days old, instead of fresh. They will likely all sit on the counter for the next week, untouched, before they get thrown out. This is our first time back at a Kneaders in probably a decade (lived out of state), but we wonāt return.

If I could give Kneaders less than one star I would. We placed a very large (about $1000) pastry order in July for an event. The order not only arrived an hour late, but also incomplete. Our order was for hundreds and we couldn't even feed 50 people with what we received. After going back and forth multiple times I was told by a manager a refund wasn't possible in their system, but they could give us store credit. Though hesitant, we agreed. We had been using our credit up until last month (have only used $200 at most) when we were told by a new manager that the credit was a lie and couldn't be something we use. They didn't tell me this until I arrived to pick up the order and was told I'd need to pay for it if I still wanted it. I was informed that the managers that gave us the credit were no longer employed there. I have sent the new management all my communication regarding the credit and have yet to hear back. The service they have provided is extremely dissatisfactory and now we are out hundreds

Just placed an order for soup and paid online. Once I was already in the drive-thru I was told I would need to come inside. I had multiple cars in front & could not get out until everyone had been served. They still refused to give me my order & made me come inside, after all that waiting.
The proper way to handle that would have been to hand the customer their food & let them know that in the future they would need to come in.
I am very upset & will not be returning due to horrible customer service!

Thereās an employee there and she is seriously always in a mood. Her attitude is awful. Also, I just got my to go salad and when I opened the container, they put my cups of dressings ON MY FOOD. Thatās not ok, itās disgusting and thatās how you make people sick. I hope the owner of this location starts doing something about his store because the reviews are not good.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered two sandwiches and one cookie - waited over 45 min. and order never arrived. We were not the only patrons that day that simply gave up and left.
