Einstein Bros. Bagels

If i could give this place a negative, I'd do that. 45 mins to get a cold egg sandwich! The order was a simple egg and cheese on a bagel! The operations at this spot are so unorganized. We literally saw cars come and go next door at Chick-fil-A. Stay away unless you want to feel the frustration of waiting, only to get a cold sandwich that you could have gotten in 2 mins.

Love this place. I love bagels and love the Monday bagel deal. Sometimes I drive early just for that on my off days!!! Thanks guys for being so yummy. The staff is/are always great and helpful. I wish the mobile app would work for acknowledging this store so I could use the app. Please fix guys. Other then that, continue on with making yummy.y bagels !!!!

Get there early, this place has the best bagels in town!

I ordered online and when I was given my bag; It didn't have the coffees I ordered. It didn't have the smear I paid for in it. One of my bagels wasn't toasted when I asked for it to be and the other Bagel sandwich was on the wrong type of bagel. They literally got every single part of my order wrong. 0/5 stars.

I love Einstein Bagel. My favorite is the Nova Lox on everything.

When I arrived here today there were 3 in line at the register and 4 came in behind me shortly after. We stood in line for quite a while. Never acknowledged although there were 5 employees that I could see. The bagel case was almost empty. A guy in glasses finally came over and began taking orders. I thought maybe there were more bagels in back so I asked, “are you out of the everything bagel?” He looked down at the case and then said, “apparently!”

His condescending attitude prompted me to walk out. Responding to that would not have made anything better.

Very sad experience.

A little pricey but the coffee is good and the bagels are great!

Ordered a simple pizza bagel. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. When I went to ask what was happening they said they hadn’t begun to make it because no one had gone to the back to get more cheese. From the back. 20 ft away. Someone please take the time to monitor that orders are moving through appropriately. Very inconsiderate.

I brought my family from out of town for breakfast. My son's girlfriend ordered a smoothie. It tasted strange so she asked my son to try it. He agreed. They thought it strangely tasted a bit like "pickle juice". No one else dared to try it, so I told her to go up front and let them know and exchange for something else. She came back after the worker told her "no". I was SHOCKED and quickly jumped up and asked to see the manager. The worker went in the back and after five minutes came back and said the manager was "on break" and couldn't see me. UNBELIEVABLE! I was handed a card for the general manager. I called and left a message. My wife called and left a message. No response whatsoever. I can't believe this place operates this way and I will NEVER go near it again.

It's so sad that you pay these prices for food and when you order through Doordarsh Einstein won't let you specify what milk you want on a 6 dollar drink. I spent 30 bucks on a simple breakfast and I didn't get exactly what I wanted.

I usually have great service at Einstein but this is the 2nd day in a row that my online order was missing an item that we paid for! Both times the items were listed on the receipt attached to the bag so there should be no reason it wasnt included!
