Einstein Bros. Bagels

Most incompetence I’ve ever seen in one place from four employees!!. When I ordered 3 French toast bagels & 1 chocolate chip, there were 3 French toasts left in the basket. We also ordered 2 hot chai tea lattes. We ended up getting iced lattes, then waited for 15+ min for them to tell us that they only had 1 French toast bagel left, and couldn’t give us what we ordered, as they were bringing out the food for the couple that was behind us in line (which is where the other 2 French toasts went). We reselected an onion for the sandwich and cinnamon raisin for the shmear, and ended up with two chocolate chips with shmear instead.

I like the bagels. Probably the best you can expect from west coast water but the service is terrible. They ignore you, walk away from the counter when you’re next in line, no eye contact. Most seem jaded, grumpy or just plain lazy. Since it’s pervasive, I assume the management is to blame.

The Farmhouse sandwich was tasty. The coffee isn’t very good.

They got our order totally wrong (they dont know what the brunch box is?) and when you have a busy day ahead and have waited in a long line you dont have an hour to sort it all out..They basically don't know their own menu..even the manager and when I pointed this out she rudely told me that "it happens" and the brisket sandwiches we did keep they can't even use the right bagel (supposed to be the jalapeño cheddar bagel we got plain) step up your service and also the sandwich looks nothing like the pic from the menu..its flat, small and looks like it came from a fast food chain...

The bagles are great, especially the breakfast sandwiches! They have a really good loyalty program that earns me 2 for 1 deals and $5 off coupons with very little purchases... Their Diet Coke in the fountain is also great!

My wife and I decided to try it for the 1st time. The bagle sandwiches were pretty good (although a bit pricey), but they forgot to give us our potatoe salad and fruit cup, so we had to return to get them, only to discover that some of the grapes were rotten/squishy and the rest of the fruit didn't taste very good.

Absolutely delicious! Anything on the menu is great and the staff is always so pleasant and speedy! A nice spot in the middle of town to enjoy a bite and a drink while in sunny St George!

Always good food. Service was quick and friendly. Ordered 6 bagels and two sandwiches - everything ready in under 5 minutes and no issues.

Delicious, first time trying one of their sandwiches. 10/10 recommended. Very busy on a Sunday morning, and the staff seemed a little disorganized, but it was still great!

If you want to wait for 30 minutes,only to find out your order was sitting there on the counter and some overpaid teen didn’t call your name to let you know.
And then only to have your order made wrong...wait another 15 minutes,only to have it wrong again!
And they want paid more?! I will definitely be voting everywhere I can to make it so that law never passes.
