Excellent little coffee shop. Wonderful ambiance. The food and beverages are absolutely excellent. I would recommend the toast, especially. I tried both the cinnamon toast and the toast with goat cheese and tomato jam. I was a little skeptical on the tomato jam, but it was awesome. I also tried the seasonal cider sorta thing, and that was absolutely amazing, probably my favorite part of the whole experience. Also, check out the unique lightbulbs on the first floor, they are very cool. All in all, an excellent experience.

Their coffee is amazing! It’s a great place to come and study or work. My personal favorite latte right now is the linger longer, it’s so good 😋

Excellent avocado and hummus toast. Tried the London fog and it was absolutely delicious!! This places aesthetic is super neat. Love the old rustic atmosphere. Tons of awesome choices. Very cool coffee shop! Great to attend the local markets they put on too! Super fun!

My FAVORITE lattes and cafe in all of SLC! Tried an incredible rosewater latte and french onion gruyere scone yesterday 😍 never disappoints! Usually I love their brown sugar or caramel lattes, but their espresso is so good that milk is all you need! Wifi and cozy upstairs seating to get some work done.

This is literally one of the coolest coffee shops I have ever been to. Their roastery is really impressive! Coffee is world-class. Lots of single origin choices and their blends are really thoughtful. It is two stories and very much geared toward encouraging you to stay and study or read.

My local friend drove us quite a ways to get here and wow was it worth it! Such an amazing vibe and everything was delish.

We ordered 2 lox toast that had fat, flavorful toast with fresh, smoked salmon, cream cheese and just the right amount of red onion and caper garnish. Another in our group had the avocado toast also served on the yummy bread with plenty of ripe avocado, a drizzle off olive oil and a dusting of sea salt.

Coffees were not the usual Starbucks but instead had a bouquet of different flavors that varied based on roast and region. As it should be.

This is a great spot to get some work done - they have an open layout with a ton of natural light. Their toasts are delicious and great quality!

Hosted my baby shower at Publik's event space. It was PERFECT. Such a cool spot and the flexibility to do what I wanted was amazing. Highly recommend.

Publik Coffee Roasters in downtown SLC is a massive warehouse set up to serve their delicious roast, known for their great toast, and ability for locals to host meetings and gatherings.

The banana toast, and cappuccino was delicious and served with precision. There is an upstairs loft for dining, meetings, and gathering as well and with all that room you won’t feel boxed in.

Oh and the best part, they use completely renewable energy to power the joint! Solar panels on the roof and they repurpose the heat from the roasting (fun fact that’s why you don’t smell the coffee).

Cool spot for your java fix when in SLC.
