Love this space! The coffee is great and it's a fun place to work remotely. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the tables and working space are a bit awkwardly spaced out. It's awesome that they have some enclosed working spaces, but there are only a few giant rooms. Would love to see some smaller spaces so I can take a quick zoom call or phone call here and there and stay longer. It's a beautiful building!

Beautiful and big coffee spot where all the young people go to do homework, read, study etc. Very trendy and delicious with lots of space to hang out!

Love this cafe. Fast WiFi and plenty of seats. We brought our laptops and did a bit of work. The cinnamon toast and maple toast were delicious.

Ordered online coffee and received it! I love the coffee, and I will definitely order here again.

Doesn't get much better. Great coffee, espresso drinks, and the snacks are pretty good too. Great place for working, lots of outlets. Hours being open later is a real bonus too.

One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in SLC. Not only is the coffee great, their snacks and pastries and delicious!

I made several trips into Salt Lake City between the months of April and September 2022. Publik is a real charming venue. But. The staff is needlessly slow. The coffee really is nothing special. And the jalapeno cheese scone that I had the other day was flat out stale. I've decided that I have given this place enough chances. I'm really disappointed because this place could be amazing. More than half of my visits I experienced really slow ordering and serving times. One time after I got into my car and tasted the coffee I thought what the hell is this? It was plain bad. 20 minutes in line to get a coffee is too much. The line was long because the staff was slow. The barista especially did not seem to be in a hurry, or motivated. Now I will give them this. On a Saturday morning, usually very busy in coffee shops, they were short-staffed, a common problem in retail operations these days. They had one person on the cash register, one barista, and one person making food. I know it's tough, but this was poor planning. On other occasions when I've been to publik coffee roasters I've seen as many as five or six people behind the counter in various functions. There was one other person who came out and bussed the upstairs and downstairs tables. On Saturday 9/24 I waited a good 20 minutes, actually it was nearly half an hour, to order. I waited another 20 minutes to be served my coffee. I'll never go back to this place. I am done. And this business should be too.

I'm sad... My toast is gone... I ate it all and now I miss it cuz it was amazing! Now on to the coffee. As expected it's delicious. This is my third time here and it always beats expectations. I live in WA and travel to SLC a decent amount. I often arrive hours before I have a meeting so I camp out here. It's perfect for getting a morning worth of work done on the top floor, in a bright comfy spot with power for the computer, great tunes, and some of the best small breakfast bites and coffee around. Thanks Publik!

Nice, clean, and open layout. I got a Nitro Cold Brew with just a dash of brown sugar syrup and a veggie & gruyere scone that was super good! They also have free wifi and a solid playlist so it's a great place to study or work!
