The ladies (and occasional gentlemen) at this establishment are always lovely and friendly to me. I come here about 2 times a week. They are curt and pleasant when it's busy and relaxed and inviting when there is time to conversate. They never mess up my order (but I only ever get black coffee). My only complaint is that they always ask if you would like to leave a tip. I know this is a COVID-era policy change since they used to have you sign but I am really sick of every shop and eatery asking for a tip when I'm not being waited on. Sometimes the service is above and beyond and I'm happy to tip, but being asked every time I order a 2.25$ coffee is tiring. If they change back to a signature based tipping system, I'd happily make this 5-stars. They still have some of the best black coffee in the state.

It's been 2 years since a confrontation resulted in a trade of insults followed by a police report filed against an employee. But 5 stars for wonderful employees, great coffee, drive through ambiance and horrible mistake resulting in the confrontation. Unfortunately a net result was loosing an opportunity to participate in a movie...diverted to another drive through outlet.

This location is the worst out of all the ones I've been in salt lake. The last few times I have been there they have made my drink without the alternative I ask for, and they get very defensive when bringing it up. Saying things like "I've made 10 million coffees in my lifetime. I know what that milk is supposed to look like. I don't know what you want me to do." I literally took a sip in front of the barista and said it was not the alternative that I need because I'm lactose intolerant. Even if I didn't have an allergy I'm paying to get my drink how I ordered.

I love the coffee here! I'm a basic white girl and love pumpkin spice lattes and out of all coffee places I have tried this one is my favorite for taste and price! All of their drinks taste amazing and the girls that work at this location are great! They have nearly no line early in the morning which I was amazed by in comparison to places like Starbucks. I've also been during busy times and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. Would definitely recommend this location!
