When we went through Salina, and were hungry, we just on a fluke, stopped here. When you see the sign out front promoting the meat loaf, pay attention. We both ordered it and it was REALLY good!

Surprised it also came with a piece of fry bread. Dessert!

Eating here right now and just had to write a review. Service is amazing - our waitress overheard my wife mention how she loves the beets on the house salad and brought more beets over a few seconds later. Another waitress at a different table walked out just to double check the toppings on a different guest's burger before it was made. All of the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Some of the best service I've ever had! And the food is absolutely amazing. Great burgers and fries

I used to go here as a kid and always loved the food, service and atmosphere. I stopped by and had breakfast while traveling. It was exactly like I remembered. It is still great in all aspects and they're still attentive on warming your coffee.

Quintessence of rural western comfort food.

Back in three day they embraced the 50's diner feel. I wish they'd bring that back.

This place was very quick. The servers looked way friendly. They created us with kindness, and quickness. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. Glad we stopped in.

Mom's Cafe in Salina Utah is what trusting your gut and eating at local restaurants (anywhere in the world) is all about. Sure the place is famous, but I didn't know that at the time, I was on a road trip from coast to coast and this looked like a good place to stop and have lunch. The Chicken Fried Steak was fantastic, the waitress was authentic, the entire experience was just unbelievably good. I sure hope it is still there when I eventually make my way down that same road again.

I had the home style breakfast with OE eggs and pattie sausage. It was the perfect meal in preparation, flavor and quantity. The waitress was great, she did indicate the restaurant was having to close a couple days a week due to staffing shortages.

Our favorite place to stop in Salina! Great breakfast and interesting history too. I think the building dates maybe from the 1850s because of the lack of concrete (fitted stone architecture) you can see in places. I attached a picture.

Good food. Waitress looked really tired but she stayed friendly and polite 😊
