Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

They were pretty busy but the staff killed it with their friendliness made it still seem super personable. The young man with the brown hair killed it, even came to our table to ask us how everything was and apologized for the wait. Great ice cream but even better service!

I've been going to this Sub Zero for years and the way they make their ice cream out of liquid nitrogen is beyond fascinating! They're a great place to take the family, as the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to have some fun with the little ones during the creation process. The ice cream tastes great, the environment is fun and the location is perfect for a late night ice cream run!

When I first walk in I was greeted by dahlia her smile just brighten up my day I got the choc brownie it was shaped like a heart it was so cute

This a great place if you’re wanting a whole experience, not necessarily the best I’ve cream in the world. Still good though! Tonight when we visited, I was shocked at the customer service. We were asking about the sugar-free base they promote and the employee was less than helpful and honestly quite rude. We didn’t necessarily need the sugar free, but what if someone who was diabetic came specifically for that (not all places offer it), was shot down. Remy was rude and even questioned if we knew we were in an ice cream shop. We weren’t being difficult, just asking about the different sugar free options that are advertised. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Had a horrible experience here tonight. Staff was too busy goofing off with each other to get anything done. My smoothie was given to me with the consistency of juice and tasted like warm water. Who serves up a smoothie like that?? My bf's smoothie was also watery and gross. The cashier never looked me in the eye and was yelling to her friends sitting at the table behind us while we were checking out. I paid $10 plus a $1 tip to just throw our smoothies away. Super unhappy. Usually I love the ice cream here but I don't know if I would come back again based on tonight's experience.

A fun place to get ice cream. The staff can be sort of hit or miss on friendliness. They've never been outright rude (except one very negative encounter with the original location's owner a few years ago), but more indifferent and keeping interaction to a minimum. The ice cream itself is great though.

I love their ice cream. It’s creamy and thick and has this texture about it that is addicting... not to forget it’s awesome to watch them make it. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the prices are high for the amount you get. When they first make the ice cream and put it in the cup, it looks like a huge amount but it’s quick to “settle” (not melt) and it’s about 1/3 of your original amount. Very delicious but very over priced. (They are about $8+ for what’s equivalent to I’d guess 1.5 cups of ice cream - after settling not melting)

A unique and delicious way to enjoy ice cream. The texture is similar to Dippin' Dots, but there's more of it and the flavor is superior. Watching them prepare your ice cream is fascinating, especially if you have kids. And the service is excellent!

Genuinely nice experience with a really friendly staff. While the i said "oh so its like coldstone" and the employee said "but we are better!" She was right. My simple and rural Nebraska brain was shocked they took cream and made ice cream in front of me. My jaw literally dropped.

Went where to pick up some orders I had from wish it's cheaper to get them shipped to the store they're then shipped to a location that I live the workers were very nice and friendly had a good talk about our obsession with buying ring using it was a good time even though I didn't have any ice cream. Excellent service
