The rude girl making ice cream at the counter made fun of my friend for remembering an employees name since he made ice cream how she liked it, and whispered about her while making her ice cream. They were very reluctant to make it anything less than soupy, and my mango was so gross I spit it out in front of them. When she asked for someone elses help they kept forcing her to go through the girl who was very happily rude.
Not only a waste of 13 dollars but now we won't be coming back because the chick up front wants to claim a boy instead of do her job. Firstly, not interested. Second of all, get some professionals so we can eat and go and not have to be belittled in the process.

Of the 6 items ordered all had either strange or fairly bland flavors and a sticky thick texture. I've had nitrogen ice cream before and this was probably my least preferred of any location. The people working there were very friendly and are the only reason I am not leaving 1 star.

I love the ice cream here, so creamy, and so many customizations available. The staff was friendly and efficient, as well. Great ice cream shop.

Talon and Bella are amazing employees!
They kindly let us come in right before they closed and and let us order our icecream they were very friendly and generous. Their services deserve recognition and they show what a good Sub Zero employee should be.

Most tasteless vegan ice cream I have ever had. Wish I had a better experience to report, but we literally just threw it away

We tried the soda bar. A very nice set up, and we enjoyed watching the nitrogen ice cream being made. There was a nice rustic feel to the establishment, and a little upstairs hang out. Only two bathrooms, and after 6 people drinking big drinks, it was a bit of an issue

We love this place! My kids both have multiple food allergies and I love that there is one place around that we can take them out to get ice cream (carry-out at the moment with all of the social distancing). The employees are very helpful and friendly :)

Don’t waste your time heading over to another one of those basic ice cream shops. Head on over to SubZero for not only delicious ice cream but a chemical experience. Why just have plain old ice cream when you can have someone make it in front of you with the flavors of your choice?
I would take many girls here on first dates. While waiting in line I would explain to them the chemistry behind the ice cream making. When the date was over and I was dropping them off. I would always say, “hey, atleast you can tell your friends that there was chemistry on this date.”
Talk about a MONEY pickup line.
Trust me, worked every time. Go to subzero to change your life forever.
*personal favorite flavor: bubble gum and mango mixed together, you won’t regret it.

Great place to try at least once. The science is interesting and the options are endless. It's a definite"have- it - your - way" kind of place. They have a dairy-free ice cream option with coconut milk that was good too.
Good customer service; attentive and patient. (It was also empty when we went. ) reasonable prices.

I didn't really like the product. The flavor was alright. I just didn't care for the consistency. The service was fine. The price was high.
