Sub Zero caters some of our employee work events! They are so much fun and always a hit with employees and quite affordable.

Edit: I stopped back by when I was on Center street. It was a whole different experience than my first. The new manager, Erika, was super friendly and made a mean ice cream combo. The portions were much larger and reasonable. I loved how she also bought southern hospitality flair. Being from Texas, it was refreshing. I'd recommend giving it try.

While the concept of Sub Zero is cool, the quality and portion leaves much to be desired. I ordered a regular size cup and got literally one scoop worth. Such a tiny, little portion in a large cup. Looks nothing like any of their pictures. A bit disappointing to see this sad, little scoop.

I loved it. Very attentive in service. The place is very cozy. It was a very interesting experience. The taste of ice cream, "incredible". Recommended

Tried the chocolate covered strawberries sensation. It was fantastic. From the soda lab i tried the #4 sonic sip which was dr pepper flavored with cocunut and vanilla. It was great however the soda was going flat. The reason why i could not give 5 stars

The best ice cream experience around!! I love getting mine extra hard. Because once the ice cream touches your tongue it melts right away. It’s such a fun environment. There are tons of different flavors too! This place is perfect for families and adults alike. Make sure to get the nitro balls. It’s hilarious to try! We happened to go when a guy, Connor falcon was singing frank Sinatra. It was a fun night out!

Not Celiac Friendly! Just want to put that out there. They sprayed down the bowl and wiped it out and tried to use clean scoops and paddle mixers. Despite all this we got hit hard with gluten. Honestly, it’s probably just not possible to ensure that all gluten is removed from their metal bowls. Otherwise, the staff was great and tried their best to help us out with our celiac and other allergies. The ice cream is also amazing quality and fun to eat.

Really fun ice cream place. It’s a lot different than your experience at any other ice cream store. Fun to watch them make the ice cream and they have every flavor I can think of. And you can make any flavor combination you want or you can even ask to try all the flavors which is called a suicide. You can choose how hard you want your ice cream to be and if you are trying to stay dairy free they have options for that as well.

Seriously unique and absolutely worth a visit. My only gripe is this: on a busy Thursday, I dropped by this city on a road trip, and came to this store. It was very busy and a cool experience, but you GOTTA have more people on the floor at once. It was two people (who crushed it really, but they looked stressed as can be) and I just believe that the place would be more welcoming if there were more hands on deck.

Ice cream, frozen yogurt, made in front of you thanks to liquid nitrogen. Dozens of flavors to choose from; no extra charge. Mix ins like nuts, fruit, a d crushed candy bars are 50¢ each. My wife had mango and strawberry yogurt but it tasted more like orange. I went with maple root beer yogurt and it was great. So don't expect toouch authenticity of flavors...
