I LOVE this boba place!! I have probably had a dozen different drinks from here and they have always been amazing!! The staff is always cordial and the drinks are so beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Ordered the brown sugar dirty milk tea and it was delicious! Great tea flavor and not too sweet.

Staff was super nice and helpful with suggestions. The drinks came out looking awesome and tasted amazing!!!

I was so happy that this place opened since I love their slushees. I haven’t had issues until today. There was a miscommunication on my part since I ordered incorrectly. Next time, I need to specify that I want a strawberry coconut slushee and not a strawberry coconut milk tea. As soon as I saw that the 2 drinks were tan color and not the pink color I am used to ordering, I realized I had ordered incorrectly. I asked the girl I didn’t want my untouched and unopened drinks and asked if I can replace them for the slush instead and do an even exchange. She was annoyed that I had ordered incorrectly and then proceeded to charge me for 2 new drinks which I oppose. I told her I do not drink tea and all I wanted was to exchange them for the drinks with no tea. The girl at the desk did not sympathize with me and pointed out that it was my fault that I ordered incorrectly. She went and told the woman at the back making the drinks and they both pointed the obvious and did not want to replace them. She said that “food cannot be returned” which means that I am stuck with the drinks. While I understand that I ordered incorrectly, I did not appreciate their poor customer service. They had no sympathy, they were more worried about refunding me my $5. All I was asking was to replace drinks without the tea. Only after I said that I will write a review that she finally said she will give me 1 complimentary drink. While I appreciated the complimentary drink. I did not appreciate them talking about me amongst themselves in the kitchen either and how they handled the situation.

This won’t stop me from ordering again since their slushee boba drinks are actually good but I did not appreciate their customer service; lack of sympathy, talking amongst themselves and “your fault” attitude. They don’t have 100% customer satisfaction as a business tactic. If you order incorrectly, just be aware that’s it’s too bad for you.

We came in just a couple minutes before closing and they were still incredibly nice. Gave us tons of really good recommendations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to try Boba!

As a CA transplant I have been looking for a quality tea shop with good milk tea boba in UT county for ages. I've finally found it. You can tell they use high quality tea. Boba Time is legit and deserves our support.

My coworkers and I love this place and go almost once a week. The Taro with Boba with 70% sugar is my favorite. Don't be afraid to shake it!

We threw our whole boba tea away. It did not taste good at all. Mines tasted like I was drinking perfume. My sister's drink was very unpleasant too. Wasted about fifteen bucks for those drinks. Beehive Boba in Orem is definitely better.

If you like boba, go here right now!! Reasonable prices, adorable interior, staff is super friendly, my drink was delicious, and there are tons of options, so I'm excited to go back and try another one!

Great drinks but taking into account current situation I don’t feel safe coming here as they let more than 10 people in and and don’t require masks.
Wanted to update my review. They NOW require face masks( not sure if it’s enforced )and closed their area for dine in. The drinks are still good.
