I've missed having a good boba cafe to go to since moving to Utah, but Boba Time has finally filled that niche. The girls that operate the counter are so sweet and friendly and always make me feel welcome.

The menu is very broad and has all sorts of choices for all sorts of tastes, and there's a lot of options you won't find at any other boba cafe in Orem. I particularly like the Uji Matcha and Hokkaido Milk Tea.

Great boba tea! I had the taro milk tea with boba and it definitely tasted better than most or all other places I've tried. Place itself is somewhat small but the ambient is nice and they also have outdoor seating. Definitely recommend!

THE BEST BOBA IN PROVO BY FAR. I've limited myself to going 1x per week and that is a big test of my willpower! Love the taro milk tea (with 75% sugar tho- very sweet) and the taro + hokkaido slush 🤤

What a cool little place! Super fun, new experience for me. Lots of options with or without tea. Having little marble-sized bobas pop in your mouth for the first time is quite a shocker!

first time coming here and IN LOVE!! third time really is a charm, from so many failed boba spots that I’ve gone and tried this ONE WAS THEE ONE!! i thought why not and write a review? the girl in front running the counter was such a sweetheart! she was kind and helpful. the workers here are all so sweet :) and always giving it their all!! cheers!! i will make this my go to boba spot!! there’s a variety of different teas and pearls which made me feel impressed with how they ran the place!

I’ve been coming here consistently for about 2 years and I love it! I’ve been to boba shops across the country and so far this one is my favorite. Every drink I’ve tried is a 10/10. I highly recommend this place! I’ve gotten at least 10 friends and family members hooked to it! It’s sort of an addiction at this point. Definitely come try it out!

This place is a gem! Since we discovered it, we went there 3 times in one week. They have so many options of drinks, flavors, and topping. My favorite is Taro Coconut Milk Tea with Boba.

I love this place!! Great service, always tastes great, and reasonably priced for boba! I get the coconut slush and it's so good!

Good drinks, good boba, but bad service. The current lady at the cashier has an attitude problem towards clients anytime of the day. Some of my other colleagues who come over here have expressed very similar experiences. Tea Mate's business and clients might benefit if that lady participates in the "great resignation." Who knows more people might come over?
