I’ve had a lot of boba in my lifetime and can say this is the best place in Utah. Their biggest strength is consistency. Their boba always has the right amount of sweetness and chewiness, which is what a lot of the other places struggle with. I highly recommend the taro & Hokkaido milk slush and dirty milk tea with boba.

Totally a 5 stars! As a Taiwanese, I can guarantee you the authenticity of their boba tea. The staffs are very nice as well. Will definitely take my friend here for their beverage!

This is the best place to get Boba in the Orem / Provo area, hands down. I keep coming back to try their new flavors! I really enjoy that you can choose how sweet you'd like your drink. Great place, and friendly staff. They have punch cards too!!

Poor customer service. I go to boba shops all the time and order brown sugar milk tea and it is a sweet drink and is fantastic every time. At this shop I ordered that and it tasted like really old coffee. I thought it was a mistake so I took it to them and told them my issue. The lady raised her voice at me and told me it’s what I ordered and I should have ordered sweet milk because I was in the wrong. I purchased a new drink and thew the other one away. If the lady would have been more pleasant I would go back but after this, I will go to any other boba shop but this one. No thanks!!

One of the best Boba places in Utah!! I’ve been happy with my orders every time. Boba is delicious as well as the drinks. My favorite is Hokkaido milk tea and their Thai tea. Fruit teas are also amazing. Service is super great as well.

Hands down some of the best boba I have ever had. Staff has always been incredibly friendly too. The taro milk tea is PHENOMENAL! It's has texture and is wonderfully creamy, no place I've been to does it quite like Boba Time does. I have filled 4 punch cards already lol and I don't ever see myself stopping.

You barely have to wait long except during peak hours and days. Unfortunately, more and more people have discovered the secret of boba drinks And this place.. 😅BUT It IS Always COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

Also, all of the employees I've seen are extremely nice, polite, and efficient. They have no qualms with substituting many ingredients. For people with Allergies or Diet restrictions, this is fantastic! 👏 👏 👏 💘 😻 🥛👍

Lastly, this is the FIRST TIME I'VE FOUND A BOBA PLACE IN THE U.S. THAT SERVES WARM BOBA TEA FOR THE WINTER!!! I am in love..and also very attached to Boba tea 😆. If you're a fan too, GO HERE.

Staff is super friendly and the boba is amazing. The boba pearls are always a consistent texture and the milk tea is so delicious! Their drinks are pretty sweet though, so if you don't like a lot of sweetness order 70% or 50% sweetness.

The product is good, the service is terrible. I stopped in recently and waited patiently while holding my infant. I ordered 2 drinks and a water. Knowing it would be difficult to hold my son and the drinks at the same time I asked for a cardboard drink carrier. Her response was, “Sorry, no carrier for two drink order.” She saw my son, she knew it would be awkward to carry my three drinks. She just didn’t care. No compassion, just wanted to save a few cents of cardboard. That’s fine. I’ve frequented Boba Time a lot and tipped a great deal. You set the precedent of saving a few cents and refusing good service. I’ll follow suit and save my money by not tipping. Unfortunately this was the latest in a string of other bad customer service experiences.
