Very good environment, food, drinks, and customer service. Definitely one of the places I regularly visit.

One of the more standout experiences we had was after calling in for a pickup order of both food and drinks we had gotten a call back informing us the food would take a little longer due to some problems in the kitchen. Sadly we had to cancel the food and just get the drink because we we running out of time. They ended up being able to fix the problem much faster than expected and were kind enough to make the food for us anyway to offer when I ran in to pick up the drinks. 10/10

Lots of delicious options for boba drinks and Asian street food style snacks! My husband and I remember going and getting boba from their food truck when it first opened up in Rexburg. We have loved it ever since! We were very happy to find out after we moved to Vineyard that they have a location in Orem as well!

We wanted a boba drink, and we have had one at this place before. We like their chocolate with the bubble pearls in it and no ice. While we were waiting for the drink to be made we decided to get some crispy egg rolls to boot. All the things we got were delicious!

Finally found a place that has some Hmong food that was absolutely delicious. I haven't been able to get my purple sticky rice with Hmong sausage since I moved from California. Their taro coconut boba was super delicious too, definitely plan on coming back.

Had a first good experience so went back, but they forgot to put sweetening in my boba (tasted like water) so I went back and was very chill about it. They then didn’t add any ice and so it was warm when I asked for full ice.

They didn’t seem to care about customers’ experiences so will not be returning. Service recovery is make or break for an establishment.

I believe people make mistakes. I wouldn't have scored the review the way I did if you wouldn't have given us such a hard time to remake our food. You didn't want to remake it. You wanted us to keep the food you messed up on and give us 1 free entree and drink. All we wanted was for you to remake our order but we have to have the front people go back to you 3 times.
All you had to say was I apologize for the mistake. I can remake that order for you. But you are not being honest in your response. Yes you gave us the food you messed up on and remade the food after we had to keep asking for you to remake it. Own up and fix the mistake and all will be well. I would have at least given 4 stars if you corrected it right away.

Really disappointed with the customer service.
Drove from Payson to get boba and food. When we got back home we realized they did not give us our correct order.
Called them and drove all the way back because we love this place. We have referred many people here.
We get to the place and they offer us 2 free entrees and we ask to just remake it. They then come back and say we only get 1 free entree and a drink. We asked if they could just give us what we ordered and after going back 3 times to talk to the manager… they finally said yes.
All we wanted was our food and maybe a little compensation for us driving back to fix the order.
I will say the people at the counter were nice but the manager needs to do what’s right when you mess up.

I will say the drinks are amazing and the food is good. The crispy pork is a little too dry but the eggrolls and wings were so good. How you treat people is how you will be remembered and overshadows the food and drink. So I can only give 2 stars.

One of the BEST boba shop I’ve visited in Utah. Great customer service ! Was super satisfied with my overall experience there. June was a great help in recommending me drinks ! She recommended the cocotaro and i was not disappointed. She also made my drink in less than 3 mins! The food was also DELICIOUS!
