Not bad considering the lack of boba options in SE Idaho.
We came in pretty late at night - probably about an hour before closing. The young lady at the counter was pretty obviously annoyed at the line she received. There were about six people ahead of us when we arrived and two more behind us. She was working by herself so I can understand getting a little flustered. She wasn't rude but not very welcoming either. That's okay - we get it.
My boyfriend ordered the cookies & cream with boba and I ordered the taro heaven with boba.
The cookies & cream was just okay. I would've preferred a cookies & cream milkshake or something but that's just my personal preference. My boyfriend really enjoyed that the boba soaked up the oreo cookie flavor toward the end.
The taro heaven was good but way too sweet for my liking. The taro flavor itself was severely lacking. I'm not sure if it's because of the powder that's used or because of the salted cream that comes with it. Regardless, I'm not convinced I would order it again.
The biggest downside to both was that we had big chunks of ice at the bottom of each drink. They definitely needed more blend time.
I can't say I'd make a special trip from Idaho Falls to come back. Maybe if I'm in the area I'll give it a second chance.
Absolutely horrendous service. The employee said she didn't have any ingredients to make our drinks, and asked that we wait for the truck to be unloaded. We waited for 30 minutes while she drank her own boba (which she apparently had the ingredients for) and stacked index cards on the register. When the delivery guy finished unloading we went to order and she said she couldn't make the drinks because she didn't want to open the boxes. She wanted us to wait an hour while she put everything away first. UNBELIEVABLE what was the point of making us wait?
The other two groups waiting also walked out. Almost 45 minutes and not a single drink was made by this clown.
Updates They had a renovation? the interior looks different now. My friend said the brown sugar boba is good, so I came to try it. It’s pretty standard. They do have a lot of options in the menu, so that’s exciting. Sadly, my husband didn’t want dairy because he didn’t bring his lactaid. So, he got a cocotaro with almond milk substitute instead (we even have to pay extra for it, why treat lactose intolerant people unfairly). However, having the drink as the only thing he had in an hour, his throat started having reaction. There is nothing else that can be the cause other than the drink. So, either the server forgot to use Almond milk, or there is some ingredients issues, or the process of production was not entirely dairy free. Disappointed. - Drinks are very pretty! Taste pretty good too!! I love sweet so I wished it was a little sweeter! They have a great selection of flavor choices, so I want to come back and try more flavors! The first time I came, I tried the Valentines’ day special!
The only option for Thai iced tea yet incredibly inconsistent. It's iced tea. Not tea powder with hot water and ice put in it. I understand you use powder with all of your other drinks but I do know that you guys typically have a container in the fridge with prepped Thai ICED tea that's already sweetened and combined to a standard consistency. It should be made one way and one way only. Not different every other time depending on who's working. Please keep the typical authentic Thai kitchen standard and have it prepped ready to be mixed with the milk. It's faster and consistent for your crew and the customer.
A small store.Only one person served us so the speed is not that fast. The drink is actually good. I ordered peach juice with mango burst boba. Good experience.
I love the drinks here. Anyone would be able to find a drink that they love as they explore the menu. If you are unsure what you want, staff is always friendly and helpful in finding something new. Finally, the cleanliness of the shop along with the decorations lead to a calm and comfortable atmospherefor those who choose to dine in.
The boba is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have loved going to this place throughout the past couple years but we have noticed the prices going up quite a bit and the quantity getting lower. The boba we just got was filled more than half way with ice so we really didn’t get that much to drink. Kind of a bummer considering we paid more than 8 bucks…for ice 😅 staff is great atmosphere is welcoming though!
Perfect place for a quick drink or hanging out with friends! Very clean and well decorated. Even a spot to chill or play games. Worth the drive and cost! Very tasty drinks and snacks.
I drove from pocatello idaho to try several of the boba teas. I ordered 5 drinks. I was not disappointed, every flavor l got was great. The decor was great. They had a public bathroom. My only issue is forgetting what drinks l ordered so l could get them next time or even just order something different next time. I asked the owner to write the names on each drink so i could figure out whats what and he was too busy to do that. Still to this day have no idea what drinks l got or tried. But l guess it doesn't matter because every one of them was delicious.
I never give reviews, but I am literally addicted to this place. Their boba drinks are incredibly tasty and I love the environment and all the games they have available to play! My favorites are their Pina colada (with mango popping boba) and Cocotaro (with cheese foam and lychee jellys). Will always and forever reccomend!!
