Whitney and sarah made sure to really make me feel welcomed as if i was at a friends house. They made sure to get my order done promptly, but most importantly- they made me feel safe and happy. Please keep them around and treat them right. Theyre helping the business flourish.

Anymore these guys are typically out of....everything. On top of that they randomly close outside posted hours. Tonight my wife and I went in at 10:30pm, posted closing time is 11pm. When we walked to the counter we were me with, "Sorry guys, we've been super slow tonight so we're closing early." I guess on slow nights that they aren't making much money they'd prefer to keep it that way. Drink quality has been ok, but anymore, even that is on a downward trajectory.

My fiance found this place and I was not disappointed. If you love smoothies and you love boba, you have to come here. I got a smoothie with the tapioca pearls(boba) added in and I am most definitely planning on going back many times. The smoothie was well flavored; not too subtle and not overpowering. It's a small detail, but the cup it came in was sturdy and the lid does come off, but not easily. Some boba places I've been to before, their cups felt rather thin and they didn't come with a lid, it just made me happy that Boba Luv's do.
It you've had boba before you may notice that the pearls start to freeze after a little bit of being in the smoothie. These ones still do, there really isn't any way to get away from that, but I noticed that it took longer for them to get to the point that you couldn't get them with the straw. I like it when they freeze, but I know many don't. So if you want to savor the flavor and enjoy the boba, you don't need to cause yourself a brain freeze doing it. But if you like the firmer feel, you can have that too.
Very reasonable pricing and the hours are perfect for practically any schedule.
The lady who was running it when we went was very kind and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. It did not take her very long to get two smoothies out. If it's more busy, it would probably take longer.
There are lots of flavor options and you can pick up to three to combine and enjoy.

Their customer service is outstanding! We had some issues with our order and they went out of their way to make it right for us. A top notch local business!

Staff is very warm and friendly!! Their menu is full of different options that are all super yummy. Won’t regret anything you get from here. Probably one of my favorite places in Rexburg!

Super fast and exactly how I ordered my milk tea!! It's hard to find a good matcha tea, the powders usually include sugar and they're too sweet. But they were able to make mine without sugar, and it tasted like good quality matcha. I'm in love! I'll be back!

Got the piña colada - quite good!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The quality of the drinks is always great! However, the quality of the boba itself has gone down hill. The pearls are never cooked all the way through. Hopefully the boba will get better.
