Staff is super friendly, always recommending whats actually good and not just the pricey items. The Taro Cheese Foam boba was TO DIE FOR. Wish I could give a 10 star rating on the food as well. Def. recommend

The drinks r always amazing but they don’t take anything above 50 dollar bills at least when we went and they didn’t have any coins at all and they didn’t put up any signs telling us that before we went so service is also usually slow cus it takes long for the drink but it’s usually worth it

The place is a little hole-in-the-wall type boba place which you always find packed. Be prepared to wait for a long time to get your order and sometimes the food that you can order with your drinks is burnt. Also many times they run out of items on their menu, with one time they ran out of boba. But the food is still good and the drinks are worth the wait. And while you are waiting, there is a selection of board games you can play there. The menu says only “soy” as a dairy alternative, but for those of you that want to remain dairy-free, there is also the option of almond milk. The selection of boba drinks is relatively large but the size is always the same and that equals to the price being the same except a few specialty drinks. The food items have an Asian fusion motif and are great snacks to enjoy with your boba.

I love Boba, it's a comfort drink to me, I love bringing friends here and having a good talk while waiting for our drinks to be made.

I would come here more often if
A) Things were more consistent. What I mean by that is, every time I go in, something has been changed or upgraded. Im glad they're doing well enough to make improvements, but I feel like they're improving and focusing on the wrong aspects. Instead of just the look of things, it seems like there should be other ways to make boba faster, more efficiently for the employees to accomplish. Things like that.

B) If prices were just a little lower. At the moment I walk out paying 7.50 for one drink (close to the minimum wage in Idaho) because we're charged for Boba or any extras. In a college town, Boba is a treat for most students they get maybe once or twice a semester instead of once or twice a week because it's just so expensive. I understand overhead costs (as a business owner) but I wonder what would happen if they lowered prices just a bit and waited a little bit to spend money on Cosmetics and see how many more customers they get much more consistently.

Honestly I love this place, it's difficult to go back as often as I want to because it's expensive and slightly off putting every time I go because some weird thing has changed. I want consistency.

Seems like a hit or miss every time I visit. This time the tempura shrimp we ordered had no seasoning on it (the best part about it), and the flavor of just oil and shrimp doesn't pair well with the over-sweet milk teas. It would be extremely beneficial if they transitioned to the options of full sugar/half sugar/less sugar like what is usually available at Asian tea shops. Nothing I've ordered has been horrible, but with the prices being where they are it's s huge bummer when an order or the service is less-than great.

We love Boba Luv. My wife and I love getting the Taro Rose boba milk tea blend. Sometimes we get cheese foam and it makes it even better. 10 out of 10 recommend Boba Luv

Delicious! The only problem was that they were out of the purple boba balls the day we went, but the drinks we ended up with were still awesome.

They have heavenly crepes! A bit pricey, but it's worth it!

I had never tried boba before. I found it to be a little different and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the passion fruit milk tea with regular black boba. The tea was very pleasant, I found it to be well balanced and not too sweet. The boba (chewy balls made of tapioca) doesn't have much flavor, but it provides an interesting texture that compliments the tea.
On my second visit I ordered the mango milk tea with passion fruit bursting boba. Again, the tea was very pleasant and well balanced. The flavor boba was very tasty and still provided some chewiness while simultaneously adding a burst of fruity flavor.
The customer service was good, facility is clean, and I would recommend anyone to try it. They have quite a large menu of flavors and options to choose from. I look forward to returning and trying something else new to me.

Kind of expensive for what you get. The brown sugar tapioca pearls were an interesting flavor. It tended to overpower the taste of the tea. Napkins weren't anywhere in sight or offered with my meal. Staff wasn't not friendly or friendly. The place was clean. It was an overall underwhelming experience.
