Boba Luv

Ordered a guava milk tea and literally the milk and the tea doesn’t mix well… also 25% sugar is super sweet so I’m wondering what’s it’s like to have 100% sugar… ewww I can literally taste the milk and the tea separately… not recommend

Their combo pho here is so good!! What makes it different is that it comes with pork belly (bacon that isn’t made into bacon). They’re generous with their portions and it’s served in a to go container so you can save some for later. We also really enjoyed the boba and egg rolls. So good!

We went on Friday to have boba tea and dinner. The boba is pretty good, and reasonable priced too. I got a chai boba tea, and it actually tasted quite good. However, I also got some of the sticky rice, and it was suspiciously neon purple. It also tasted kind of off, and it definitely wasn’t natural. Spring rolls were okay, not much special about those, but the bacon fried rice had great flavor and was very delicious. Recommend the boba tea, not so much the food.

Went to their grand opening and got the Hokkaido milk tea! It was super good! They also have the option to change what type of tea to put in your milk tea! Definitely will come again!

This place is amazing! The drinks are great and they really value customer service. Fast service as well!

I got the Thai tea milk tea and my friend got the matcha milk tea, super yummy! The staff were really nice and the wait wasn’t long at all.

Introduced 2 more people to Boba and they LOVED it - Pina Coloda (with added Bobo) and Taro were a hit. There is a 5 min parking right in front. So worth it.

I love this place for its drinks. However I've come here twice to get the purple stickey rice. The first time they stuffed the container full, all the way to the top. The second time I got two to share with my sisters for dinner later, and the containers were only about 2/3 of the way full. A bit disappointed in the amount for the price that I payed, but still good rice.

My friends and I got drinks last night and they were all delicious! The person working there was very helpful in answering all our questions, and we each got something we loved. It's nice that we can adjust the sweetness of the drink. I got the brown sugar drink that was so so yummy. Next time I'd probably lower the sweetness a little bit and that would make it perfect. Great system!

One of the best boba ever. But the mangonada I would not recommend. Ask for the peach milk tea. Honestly the best boba ever.
